Great game and great story

Bioshock mimo upływu lat to wciąż świetna gra. Największe wrażenie zrobił na mnie niezwykły podwodny świat Rapture. Miasto ukryte na dnie oceanu zachwyca klimatem lat 60 oraz stylem art deco. Wszystkie lokacje mocno różnią się od siebie, dzięki czemu eksploracja jest bardzo satysfakcjonująca. Na początku świat gry wydaje się dziwny i nieco chaotyczny. Gracz trafia do miejsca pełnego tajemnic, a wiele wydarzeń, postaci oraz tajemniczych substancji trudno od razu zrozumieć. Jednak wraz z postępami fabuły wszystko zaczyna się kleić w całość. Cała historia nie jest nam przekazywana bezpośrednio, aby dowiedzieć się jak doszło do tego wszystkiego, trzeba znajdować nagrania. Bioshock wyróżnia się także połączeniem strzelanki z elementami RPG. Gra potrafi zaskoczyć zarówno fabułą, jak i pomysłami na rozgrywkę. To tytuł, który na pewno długo pozostanie w mojej pamięci.

It took me 6 hours of non-stop holding +[W] key to finish it, and... it's alright! The story starts with a 1min story sequence, and then it instantly drops you into gameplay, right until the very end. The game does not really introduce characters, so it's just a few voices in your radio/head that you don't really grow attached to. The Vita-Chamber makes deaths (and buying First Aids) pointless, like in Terraria, so you can bruteforce every barely difficult part of the game, which is weird, but for a casual such as myself it's... still weird lol. The only things I hated were when the game said (many times) "There is no current Goal" and the road-paving arrow disappears. And also a few parts of the story where you have to collect X things that either drop from enemies (which all could be dead) or are hidden somewhere unknown, so you're walking back and forth like a moron. Also there was a moment where you have to hit square grid with a wrench, but the grid didn't fall off so I had to reboot the game.
