BioShock is a shooter unlike any other, loaded with unique weapons and tactics. Complete with an arsenal of revolvers, shotguns, and grenade launchers, players will be forced to genetically modify their DNA to become an even deadlier weapon.

Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 11.43/day in the week to Aug 20 → 18.86/day in the week after.
Too few observations to say whether a discount moves this store's chart at all: across the last 30 days Steam · Top Sellers · Poland has just 18 day-to-day chart moves that followed a price cut, against 2,498 that did not. We are publishing the count instead of a direction — 20 is the fewest we will draw a conclusion from, and price collection outside the United States began on 6 August 2026.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Straight out of the gate I should say: This port sucks. The positive review I'm leaving is for the masterpiece that is Bioshock, and NOT this shoddy, crash-ridden, un-optimised port. A remaster should mean basic Quality of Life changes which includes stability, and this just isn't it. My recommendation? Don't stop saving the game. Every 30 minutes minimum, make a save, or I promise you'll regret it. Now that's out of the way, Bioshock is, without a doubt, one of the best story-based shooters to ever exist. Possibly THE best. From the storytelling, to the world, to the beauty of rapture and the unique artstyle, this game is a bonafide masterpiece. The mixture of mid-20s art deco and sci-fi gore means that this will basically be an unforgettable experience to anyone who plays it, even if you don't particularly like art-deco or Americana. The story is brilliant. You can't say much more than that without giving things away, but what I can say is that Bioshock plays with ideas of physiological augmentation, moral ambiguity, 20th-century corporate espionage, capitalism, communism, and everything in between. It has a lot to say, but never tells you what to think. There's a major choice you (Jack, protagonist) make pretty frequently throughout the game with the Little Sisters which determines your morality throughout, and I think that system is honestly perfect despite being so simple. Bioshock combines the best of gaming and 20th century ideals in a 15-hour epic, and that in itself is something to behold. My only issue with this game is that, to me, it doesn't have much replay value. This is only my second replay in almost 20 years, and although I enjoyed my revisit to Rapture, I don't think it lends itself to being replayed over and over again since the story and world is quite linear. But again, I'm nitpicking. With the Netflix Bioshock movie apparently in production, I think it's probably one of the best times to play this game if you havent. Whatever comes of that adaptation, this game (and the others too imo) is one of the best of all time. Au revior.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 14: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

战斗手感不好,并且不少设计确实有些稚嫩,但依旧好玩。 个人游玩体验比无限的本体要好。

Still a very good game after all those years.
20年前のゲームとは思えない。まったく古く感じないし、近年のゲームと比べても引けを取らない。 名作は何年経っても名作のまま。
