Beeswing is a game set in a small village in rural Scotland, the village I grew up in. Visit the places and people who shaped a life and discover their stories. Represented in hand painted, water colour graphics with a unique, acoustic soundtrack.
Story based game about some difficult life choices and such. Note game is very sad and will not make up your mood in a positive way. Personally I don't find this game very interesting nor sentimental also have some mixed feelings about the art style. Soundtrack feels like a light jazz to me. If you like some decent story look somewhere else. Overall not recommended.
度过了宁静的3个小时 音乐非常好……走进每间小房子都忍不住静静地听过一遍再开始探索 电视、气球、雪地是我印象最深最惊艳的地方

For me personally, this game is a great reminder that instead of funneling all of your thoughts on every single thing in the world under the le sadness sauce in an unformatted manner, you should try actually make a solid, coherent work that doesn't feel like a disjointed array of essays that vary in quality and juvenility. Perhaps, I am getting tired of Earthbound-like games that don't even try to be subtle. I may respect the sheer honesty and heart poured into this, but I disrespect the unwillingness to do something different. This game is not boring, but it's not interesting either. Also, this game is buggy and broken as hell, and I guess will stay this way forever.
i have 421 games on steam and more than two thousand total hours of playtime and this 5 dollar rpg maker game is the best game ive played

görsel hikaye oyunu mini dokunuşlar yapmak yeterli çizimleri sevdim özgün duruyor hikayesi de ortalama türü sevene gider
As with all of Jack's games, this is a profoundly touching experience that I would recommend any day of the week.
Jack King-Spooner the man and creator that you are. After playing Dujanah and truly truly loving the game as a form of philosophical introspection, I wanted to see some of the other dev games. Beeswing is less of a game and more of a deep labor of love for the village Jack grew up in and the people who changed him along the way. While many parts of the game are likely ways in which Jack may have been able to appease his own soul by honoring like little inside jokes, there's true vulnerability in everything that's shared beyond the veils of absurdism that I think few other people are willing to authentically express to others. Plus, Beeswing has so many little philosophical gems itself from the story of the ugly baby to fantasizing about an imaginary life one created from the smell of a car freshener to Danny's number-based storyline to trying to make sense of conflicting ideologies like the idea that everything happens for a reason and that life is a random multicolored Lego bag of chance pieces that you have to make sense of and hope work. "Life is like a badly made prequel; underfunded with the main character miscast." Now, all I can do is wait for Judero to release. 6.5/10
A fairly simple game that is also very thought provoking. With a setting so low stakes it really does amplify the questions that are asked. The art style and music create a homely but uncomfortable feeling that brings everything together.
