Nein… ⭐ A Unique Sci-Fi Adventure Beautiful Desolation is one of those games you don't forget easily. It takes place in a dystopian parallel world and at the same time feels familiar and completely different from most other games. If you enjoyed Fallout 1 & 2, you'll probably feel right at home here. However, Beautiful Desolation isn't a classic Fallout game. It's its own unique science-fiction adventure with an incredibly distinctive atmosphere. And don't worry: you can't actually die in the game – although your decisions can certainly have consequences. What I particularly enjoy are the different ways of solving certain quests. Depending on the choices you make, the story can develop in different directions and lead to different endings. This also gives you a reason to revisit certain situations and approach them differently. But for me, the absolute highlight is the setting. The world is filled with different races, cultures, and characters, all with their own unique traits and stories. You never really know what you're going to find around the next corner. It's this combination of strange, dark, fascinating, and sometimes disturbing elements that makes the world feel so unique. Anyone who enjoys science fiction, adventure games, classic RPGs, and extraordinary worlds should definitely give Beautiful Desolation a try. And now comes my real problem: I want a sequel! No… WE NEED A SEQUEL! 😂 This world offers so many possibilities. The story, the different races, and the entire world feel like there is still so much left to tell. Please make Beautiful Desolation 2. This world is far too interesting to simply leave behind!

Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.11/day in the week to Aug 4 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Awesome characters, I love the setting in South Africa and the South african accent and slang words. However sometimes the story could feel abit "much" to keep track of, especially as I got into the Chizimnaya story. I just completely forgot the main story and was kind of lost in the game. I did finish it and it was cool, however I think there are a few things you could do better in the next game. For example, as I was gathering items I forgot who I got what item from, and what to do with it. I had to revert back to the conversations to try to figure out what I should do with it. Also I would have loved to know what city which character was in, that could have been shown in the conversations folder. Some very cool creatures for sure, I like the setting of the nature, I just think the main story wasn't really enforced throughout the game which made me forget details of it. Why was Don so broken over the car crash? it wasn't his fault. The Penrose... I kind of forgot about it during the game.. I just knew I had to try to get back, somehow. I would have loved to be able to randomly find new places on the map by just flying over them. Perhaps some battles in the game to keep it more interesting imo. Anyway, thank you. Cool game! 5/10 for me!
