Art sound and gameplay are fantastic but man I just don`t have enough time to ever getting around to finishing a campaign. I know some people said they have crashing issues I`ve had none. Would like to see a fleet battle sandbox for singleplayer so you can just make fleets and pit them against each other.
I wish there were more games like this. Like in most strategy games, the narrative of the campaign kinda sucks and the special missions the campaign throws at you are also mostly meh. The game is at it's best when it's just straight up battles and your frantic attempt to survive them. The haunting music is great and really sells the grimdark vibe. The stategic layer can get pretty frustrating and for me the campaign just took too long (dificulty was max I believe). Overall it's a good game, held back by some rather boring missions. Too bad the multiplayer is dead.
I can't really complain for 20 dollars. I played Aliens Dark Decent and I thought it was innovative but story kinda bleh. So I decided to try this game. Same issue mechanics can be made more fun but the story is bleh. Examples need a ally but you have to attack someone on your side to make the ally, people coming in from everywhere doesn't make much sense. If the story was focused on the players, making it enjoyable where you progress and win and the mechanics were made more enjoyable too the game could of been awesome. Another example on a mission seems bugged as the ship keeps resetting. You have to click the warp out for the mission to continue. So the developer wrote in that much control, where your attempt to quit and warp out is the only way for the mission continue. If your ships die you just keep trying and think its bugged. The game is written like that instead of a nice story where the player wins the campaign feels meaningful and isn't forced down un enjoyable paths.
Pour faire court, le jeu est bien mais les crashs c'est vraiment pas possible, à certain moments le jeu décide par exemple qu'il a envie de saboter ta vie et ça devient littéralement impossible de ne serait-ce que changer de fenêtre (même avec des commandes) alors qu'il est quasi impossible de l'éteindre et qu'il est en écran figé... J'aime ce jeu, laissez moi y jouer svp : (
