Bastion

"Overwhelmingly Positive" my ass. This game has insanely janky gameplay, and no, i will not even compare it to hades. This game is just straight up unplayable, which is the case with most old games not because they are old but because the are made by people who lack critical thinking (dishonored's stealth and enemy AI is absolute ass compare to MGS2 for example, which is a way older title). It has no story, the music is ok, and that's about it, absolute waste of time no wonder it goes for less than 2 euros on sale even the developers themselves wouldn't play their own abomination.

Primer juego que termino de Supergiant, Y es un excelente commienzo, Hack and slash movidito, aunque se que no es el comentario habitual no soy fan del estilo artistico de este juego en general. En general no es el punto de mi corazon de Supergiant ya que sin haberlo terminado aun tampoco me agrada especialmente el Hades. Pero no se, si que logro ver el encanto tremendo de estos juegos evidentemente y aunque no es personalmente algo que sienta como para mi, es un placer disfrutar de buenas obras como esta de juegos o tipos de juegos que no son de nuestro tipo.

Super Giant Games never misses. I remember years ago during an Xbox Summer Games fest this game was revealed and I decided to spend that money and try it out. It looked great, I loved the artwork and decided to give it a go. That sparked my following for this small dev team and an appreciation and love for their style of games. Bastion was something insanely fresh during a time when gaming was at what many would call its hottest around that era. I have purchased this game on every possible console and played through it again and again without fail. To come out swinging this hard with so many contenders was not easy and yet they did it immaculately. • Art style that oozes style and grace. • Gameplay as addictive as a Legend of Zelda. • Storytelling crafted to tell something new and different. • Logan Cunningham narration of this game was and is something to behold. • If you love Hades but have not gone back to play this game and experience it? You're absolutely missing out on a spectacular adventure.

This was one of my favourite titles as a kid and I never gave it a review back then but all I'll say now is that you should give it a go. Especially if you're someone that has only come to know supergiant games after Hades. It helps give a little perspective on their roots and you can see the DNA of their earlier titles still in their modern titles to this day. On sale I'd say its a title that shouldn't be missed and dispite the shorter run time, what is here will stay with me and hopefully mean something to you as well.

Прекрасная история, прекрасная боёвка, не затянуто, не слишком коротко, есть желание вернуться, отличное музыкальное сопровождение, нарисовано приятно. Чего ещё можно желать? Я буквально не могу выделить ни одного минуса у проекта.
