I would definitely recommend this game. Would I recommend it over BG2, no this one is worse in comparison. But you can create your character here and have a journyey through two games with one character - that's what makes it even better. Is it clunky, old, build on AD&D 2e math rules ? Yes Does it make the game worse ? No it does not, of course if you don't want to invest time, effort and understanding of the concept no, this game is not for you, i would recommend Barbie Summer Adventure instead. For everyone, that want's really good build experience, adventure, mystery. Open your notebook, read your class, your options alignments make yourself in the game or fantasy image of yourself in the fantasy world, fight through tough enemies, learning mechanic, encounters, stat blocks. You still here ? Yes ? Perfect this game is for you. Not challenging, not dragging. Systematic, clever and evolving - your character grows as he gets stronger, and by the time you reach BG2 you will know what are you up against. The last question is, is this game for everyone ? No of course not, and that's good. 8/10 - Great adventure, preparation for Bg2

Clássicos não recebem esse nome a toa. Me permiti jogar Baldur's Gate e tive uma experiência incrível. Em alguns momentos me senti jogando um RPG de mesa. É um jogo difícil, builds erradas vão fazer você perder e ter que recomeçar, é necessário pensar antes de investir os pontos em atributos, de escolher habilidades, comprar itens e escolher seu time. A história é bem tradicional, temos um grande vilão do mal querendo tacar o terror no mundo, e entre ele e o desespero total encontra-se você, perdidamente predestinado a pará-lo. Deixe seus julgamentos de jogo velho com gráfico feio e mecânica travada, e aprecia um grande jogo.

A classic enhanced been fun been a long time since I last played. Looking forward to the complete remake when ever that is.
我小时候经常玩BG，陪伴我度过了很长的断网时光。但是小时候又很矛盾，没有足够的耐心和理解能力，只是反复在前期区域打转，最远好像只走到第三章，就这么重复开档，玩了几年... 现在终于有机会完整体验了。 体验下来，BG1也有一些显而易见的问题。地图太大但信息密度非常低，大部分区域仅仅是可以行走而已。等级上限也很低，前期的战斗可能有点无聊。即便如此还是瑕不掩瑜，体量和深度放在今日都不过时。这些问题也在后面的BG2都得到了很好的解决。 作为史诗三部曲的开篇，还是不容错过的。
