This is the best game that has ever been made in human history. I cannot fathom how much time and effort it took to create this game with its incredible graphics, mechanics and attention to detail. b2 will go down in gaming history as not only being a fantastic game, but a work of art. This is one of the most technically impressive games I have ever seen from its dynamic weather system and massive open world. It will take hours to explore even 1% of the huge world in b2. The flight controls are super smooth and is a feat of human history. b2 changed my life and is truly a masterpiece.

As I download the game without thought and the moment I PLAY b 2. My goodness, it felt like seeing a game-- not just any game but an INDIE game. I downloaded b 2 thinking it would be a silly free indie game about bees. I was wrong. This is not a game. This is a transcendental life event disguised as 175 MB of compressed Unity files. The moment I spawned in as the bee, my soul detached from my body and began orbiting the “iceplanet with an asteroid belt” mentioned in the description. I didn’t “play” b 2. I EXPERIENCED b 2. I achieved bee consciousness. The movement feels like a dream you had at 3 AM after eating expired cheese. The camera drifts with the confidence of a shopping cart missing one wheel. The soundtrack sounds like the final memory of a dying computer. Every corrugated metal house feels handcrafted by an alien architect who learned Earth culture from one blurry JPEG. And the bear. Nobody prepared me for the bear. The bear does not obey physics. The bear does not obey morality. According to the developers, the bear “might not be synchronised.” That is the funniest sentence ever written in gaming history because the bear is clearly synchronised with a higher dimension. People talk about immersion in games like The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim or Red Dead Redemption 2. Cowards. Those games merely simulate reality. b 2 simulates the feeling of being observed by the universe itself. Also the hardware requirements are insane. The game asks for an i9 and RTX 2060 so you can fully process the emotional burden of being a bee in space. This is not optimization failure. This is artistic necessity. The Steam tags are also incredible: “Cute.” “Psychological Horror.” “Souls-like.” “World War II.” This game contains every genre simultaneously. At one point I felt peace.
