Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.14/day in the week to Aug 9 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Me and chat had a lot of fun with this one. It took a while for me to understand what was going on, but by the end everything mad sense. It's cute, but also had some surprisingly scary moments. Could be better optimized, but that's my only real complaint. Here's the stream I made: https://www.youtube.com/live/T6UpErY9jFQ?si=jQAaDGkbouD3Hh9i

Sachiko did nothing wrong! Monsters are not born, they are made.
Cute game :D needs a lil optimization though.
Monster girls forever!
Eh, it wasnt my thing. Too short and just kind of random (in a bad way imo)
i dont know what just happened but i love it blub blub Cute art style, actually kind of scary at some points which was to be unexpected, I really do enjoy these kinds of contrasts of dark themes with a cute front.
Tall problems. Story: You play as Sachiko. A young girl whose life is less than perfect, living in less than ideal home and school mates picking on her, she's constantly couped in her room. One night while going to the local convenience store for drinks she encounters a tall lady outside that chases after her and everything changes from there. Popoposan is a hard game to describe and the more I say, the more I ruin the impact of the story. I can't say I fully understood all the themes and everything that went on and it's definitely something that you will pick up more on repeat playthroughs or sitting on it, but I do have to say the story is definitely intriguing. Graphics: Popoposan also has a very unique art style and I genuinely thought it was great. The environments are grounded, but the characters are these animated cutouts and giving it a glance you might think it might not mesh together, but it does work quite well. The only minor nitpick of mine is the 3D environments often are so narrow, so you get kind of dissorientated, this mostly a problem in the sections where you're home, but it's not that bad, to be a problem to anyone, as there's nothing really wrong with the visual style. Audio: I'm kind of mixed on the audio design. On the one part it's actually kind of great, like there's plenty of sound effects that kind of enhance the very surreal nature of the game, but others kind of take me out like the music. The sound effects are mostly great, I especially love the underwater noise the tall lady makes, there's also great ambient effects like grassphopers and dogs barking when your outside to really set the tone. The music however while not bad, is just kind of a mixed bag. Any time to you go to the store it plays this techno tune and it's so jarring compared to the rest of the game, that it kind of took me out a couple of times, there's also a few other times this happens, but it might just be me. Gameplay: There's really not much to talk about the gameplay in Popoposan as it's a very simple walking simulator. As Sachiko your life has a routine and the entire game consists of you following that routine and just walking around your environments and completing simple tasks. As I said there's really not much to say here. The gameplay is fine if you like the genre. The walking speed is decent so you're never trudging along or moving at lightning speed and you're never going to get lost as the environments are small so you'll always know where to go. Verdict: While I can't say I understood all of Popoposan perfectly, I dug it's surreal word and storytelling and I had a good time exploring it's world. While it's a very basic game, that doesn't offer up anything new, it's well worth playing if you like these type of games. Final Rating: 8/10 Pros: + Art style is fantastic + Story is intriguing + Great atmosphere Cons: - Story is a bit hard to follow - Some of the music is a bit jarring NOTE: I was provided a review key from the developer/publisher for review purposes on the behalf of the group Completing the Backlog. This did not impact my opinion on the game.
