Axis Football 2018

Fun football game! The franchise mode could be expanded.

I don't like it a bit. I don't want to play against a wall of text.

This game is BY NO MEANS as equivalent to the NCAA franchise, however, I really enjoy this game and would highly recommend it for someone who needs their sports fix without throwing money at EA for the garbage we all know and love called Madden.

I would have loved this game to be even slightly playable, but that simply isn't the case. The announcing is painful to listen to, the soundtrack is obnoxious and the physics/collision system is consistent;y terrible. The last straw was a defensive player teleporting into my way, preventing a sack, and allowing the QB to throw a 40 yard pass to a player who was nowhere near the ball as he caught it. Thoroughly awful game.

I wanted to like it but too many bugs. Only good for a couple games.

I like this game, and also think this is the best game in Axis Football! This player book is very attractive! But this game also has something to be promoted. Players should be different in their body size~ Anyway, this is the best in Axis Football.

This game has many problems and many good things the gameplay is decent the team editor is great same with franchise mode but the passing is horrible it's almost impossible to complete a single pass decent game just not for me

For a quick football game, it has the elements we are used to from Madden. However, it lacks depth at every function, especially in the playbook - you can't flip the defense which I feel is a serious negative. Also, you can substitute, but there is no auto sub feature, something that should have been included along with defensive play flip. Spectate is the only option for franchise - I've coached a franchise game, and I'm 3-0. Granted, the last game I gave up 35 points, but I just recently learned how to adjust my DL, LB, and DB moving faster LB's and DB's off the line for blitzing. Exhibition game I had 4 sacks and held total offense to 72 yard using 5 minute quarters. The AI is too easily manipulated. I have my franchise on Pro or the next one after that. One of the good features of Axis is that going up one level of difficulty doesn't make it impossible to win. It has potential, but there is a lot of work to be done.

really can't recommend this game in any fashion to anyone. mods straight up don't work, and this is a game built on its modding potential. AI is dopey, both for and against the player. stats literally do not matter. it seems like nothing in this game works the way it was intended. if this franchise does continue, it's going to need major help.
