Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 5/day in the week to Aug 4 → 13/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Welcome to the Living Lands, a mysterious island filled with adventure and danger.
Set in the fictional world of Eora that was first introduced to players in the Pillars of Eternity franchise, Avowed is a first-person fantasy action RPG from the award-winning team at Obsidian Entertainment.
The Living Lands is an island where the air hums with ancient magic, the flora seems to move with a mind of its own, and the ground beneath your feet shifts with secrets waiting to be unearthed.
Now, the Living Lands faces a dire threat—a mysterious plague that defies nature and reason, spreading chaos across its sprawling wilderness.
As an envoy of Aedyr, you are sent to investigate, but what begins as a mission of duty soon becomes deeply personal—you feel as though the land recognizes you and is pulling you toward something greater. The choices you make will ripple across the Living Lands, shaping the fates of its people, its creatures, and even yourself. But beware, for every decision carries weight, and the forces you encounter will not hesitate to test your resolve.
Can you navigate the tangled web of intrigue, power, and danger to uncover the truth? Can you save this unknown frontier and your soul from the forces threatening to tear them asunder?
Even more to do in the game! This update brings New Game Plus, a Photo Mode, a brand new weapon type with two-handed staves, the ability to change character appearance whenever you’d like, new character creation presets, additional Godlike presets, custom game difficulty settings, and the addition of three new playable races: Dwarf, Aumaua, and Orlan.
The Living Lands is a place that feels foreign yet somewhat intrinsic to you as it feels the island itself is calling out to you for help. Explore an island home to many different environments and landscapes, each with their own unique ecosystem.
Mix and match swords, spells, guns, and shields to fight your way. Dig into your grimoire for spells to trap, freeze or burn enemies, bash them with your shield, or use range bows to attack from a distance.
Companions from a spread of species will fight alongside you, with their own unique set of abilities. From a former mercenary to an eccentric wizard, they will be part of your journey with your choices shaping them as you help them with their quests.

Just perfect RPG, 100/10 Visual, story, immersive - so awesome
8/10 - Avowed isn't very sophisticated or original, but it's a well-made and fun RPG. Avowed is a well-made RPG, that some will consider streamlined and fun, and others may consider simplistic or dumbed-down. On one hand, the story, systems, and character interactions are no where near as complicated/sophisticated as top RPGs like Kingdom Come Deliverance (2) or Pillars of Eternity. And the combat and balance doesn't approach Elden Ring. But it's extremely well made technically. There's a large amount of voice-acting and all of it is at least competent (and some of it, such as from Kai, is great). The graphics I thought were great. I found few bugs, despite running on Linux, The writing isn't the most innovative, but it brings up some interesting themes such as forgiveness and imprisonment. The game is consistent to the end, and the ending reflects many decisions the players made in what I thought was a satisfying way. Also the basic loop of explore, combat, loot, and upgrades I thought was fun. The game lets you switch between builds easily, so you can always try out different fighter/mage/ranged playstyles in the same run. There is more verticality than usual in an RPG and a bit of easy platforming to mix things up. Final tip: this game is quite easy on the default difficulty level. If you find combat boring, turn up the difficulty level, to force you to think about your character's build, item synergy, upgrades, etc.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 2: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

As of 2026 simple to the point just like skyrim fun to play time can run away before you know it, but if your spoiled and want a game that absolutely gives you what ever you want via cheating or exploits dont play because in this game you actually have to good old fashion play the game to experience the game, this game is in my top 5 of best RPG's of all time
This is genuinely a fantastic game. I love the companions, the story is deep and the lore is dense. I went into it expecting a better Elder Scrolls game, and once I accepted that this IS NOT an open sandbox and it's own thing, the fun I was already having soared. Many side quests affect the main quest, the combat is chaotic but fun to learn and master, and even traversal was fun. There's a variety of accessibility options, preference options, and even difficulty options to tailor the game to you. I just beat this game and I might just hop back in with NG+. My only real criticisms are the limited romance options, and the compass. The compass can show things like chests, ingredients, and corpses- which 9/10 times helps you find the loot... but can also lead you to bashing your head against a wall trying to figure out how to actually *get* to the loot. TLDR; I'd say this game is a 9/10.
Pretty great game. The combat and Movement Feels Incredible. Good even for those who haven't played the pillars of Eternity games. Some of the dialogue can be a bit cheesy.
really good. great dialogues, combat, story, and lore. game's universe is magical and beautiful and makes you want to explore nonstop. edit: the ending is a bit lackluster but the game still worth playing
