About
“Shadows is some of the most fun I’ve had with a stealth game in a decade” —PC Gamer
Play as Naoe, a quick-witted shinobi, and use light, sound, and shadows to evade detection. Infiltrate enemy strongholds with many parkour options including the new grappling hook, distract guards with shuriken or smoke bombs, and assassinate your targets with your Hidden Blade. As the samurai Yasuke, use silent bow takedowns or unleash devastating melee combos with your katana or naginata.
Switch between these two heroes to adapt your strategy and experience feudal Japan through two radically different approaches – stealth and strength, shadows and steel.

So boring.... Polished turd.....
It's pretty much your typical Assassin's Creed game—the side quests are nothing special, and the story is fairly average. However, the gorgeous visuals and breathtaking Japanese setting really stand out. The combat is enjoyable, especially with Yasuke, and the gore makes every fight feel more brutal and satisfying.
bad optimize go some location map not loadup and freezing and graphic keep bug need fix asap for DLSS issue
Nice world. Bad combat. Good luck to whoever tried finishing this game
Despite the people who are obsessed with hating Ubisoft saying that this game is bad (Which such a shocker that the internet thinks that, truly...) its pretty alright. Like all Ubisoft games tbh. Theyre alright and fun if you love open worlds so its enough for me and probably enough for most who aren't performing (do get it on sale tho lol).
Forgot my ubi login so I created a new one (was not in good headspace during a divorce).. Found my login later but game is attached to other login. They wont switch it to my regular account. haven't played it since. Would like to have tried it though it felt redundant not doing the cannon. To bad they won't work with me despite proof of accounts and jumping through a million hoops to get denied. Not going to buy Black flag resynced because of this. Plus it seems they're taking a move from bungies playbook and reselling us things we already paid for. DLC, etc.. That's why I stopped playing Destiny 2. The ships will eventually sink on these garbage AAA companies. There are better games not AAA in Alpha that are better quality and more polished. The ships have sailed on these. Don't waste your money.
Sometimes it's worth looking at both the negative and positive reviews instead of letting a Mixed rating scare you away. I've played every Assassin's Creed game, but I kept avoiding this one because of all the criticism. I'm really glad I finally gave it a chance. Is the game perfect? Not at all. There are definitely things that bothered me. A lot of the cities feel very similar, to the point where it seems like you're walking through the same streets with the same houses over and over again. Getting to some side missions can also be annoying because of the mountains, and the parkour can be a bit buggy at times. The story has one of the strongest openings in the series and had me hooked right away, but after a while it loses some of that momentum. Not because it's bad, I actually think the story is really good, but because you can choose the order of your assassinations. That freedom is nice, but it also makes the story feel a little disconnected sometimes. The chemistry between Yasuke and Naoe is easily one of my favorite parts of the game. Don't feel like being stealthy? Just play as Yasuke and smash your way through enemies. Want the classic Assassin's Creed experience? Naoe is perfect. Great stealth, fun abilities, kunai, shuriken, satisfying parkour, and some really nice animations. Both characters have their own stories and backgrounds, but the way their journeys come together is done really well. The combat is also a lot of fun, especially the finishers. I'd even say Yasuke reminded me of Connor in some ways, which I really liked.
