Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.86/day in the week to Sep 8 → 1.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

It's as close to a Supreme Commander that you can find from the past decade. That said, it tries it's best to not commit to being a successor by implementing a control point mechanic for resources. Overall, it's a fun skirmisher, but it lacks any ability to turtle on purpose (I like to turtle and break into shells!) Changes I would want: 1) faster juggernauts 2) better army pathing and attack logic (currently feels like units are pushed by a tide and leave range constantly) 3) allow us to abandon control points. Establish a generator & matter conversion ability to cover all resources with buildings 4) defensive buildings desperately need to be buffed and/or shield buildings 5) building queues. If I need 50 quantum buildings, let me click and drag placements for construction instead of building one at a time with a new command every time...

Extremely bad UI and player controls. Irredeemably bad mouse control scheme for issuing unit orders. Awful audio and UI sounds. Abysmal lack of modern quality-of-life features to automate the mindless parts of these types of games. Games of this type that came out a decade ago somehow have far superior features, controls, UI and mechanics.
another dead game, last update make the game lagy and not fun as it used to be, thanks
It is too bright and too colourful, it is often too clunky, I don't like the art style, story so far is below the average etc. - HOWEVER - the gameplay is absolutely SUPERB :) So definitely thumbs up with hope that AOFS 2 will improve on things already mentioned and more while retaining general game loop which is really, really, REALLY great!
Would I recommend this game? Not right now. Why? Let me tell you. You are in the game. Have your base set up. There with your friends you are building your army ready to conquer the enemy. BAM. Game crashes. Hey that's fine. It has saves of games. Just reload from them. NOPE. If your last save of the game fails, you end up only half way through compared to what you were. That great army you created? GONE. Please FIX YOUR GAME. There aren't many good RTS games out there. Please don't ruin another.
This game is very buggy and somewhat clunky; the plot is bleak, and the narration is mediocre... BUT I still really enjoy this game. The gameplay reminds me of Supreme Commander but still has its unique features. Campaign missions, while simple on paper, turn out to be a real exercise for your brain, especially if you’re also playing it on Expert—here meant for true masochists, I’d say. So, the game is far from perfect, but I genuinely enjoy it!
My friend who i play CS:GO with said if i post a review on this game and it gets 200 likes and 200 awards that he will buy me a RTX 3060 and 2 kilos of canned ham. So i'm just gonna leave this here. Help a brotha
we need Chinese !!!
NPC conversations always blocking the player from doing anything whilst still leaving the game going on without pausing in the campaigns, what a retarded design.
I have a difficult time recommending this game as a single player experience. I'm a seasoned gamer and as a young person I really loved the C&C franchises, SC and WC3. One of the things that I came to appreciate about those games while playing this one is the responsiveness of units. That and the clarity. Ashes of the Singularity is trying to achieve what a massive scale war would look like and I don't hate it. But I don't enjoy it very much either. I don't like how resources are mined. I don't enjoy how advantages are gained. I don't like how difficult it is for me to understand the strengths and weaknesses of the various units nor how difficult it is to differentiate them. I want to see a unit and intuit what it does by how it looks. That said I did receive this as a free game from humblebundle so I really have no reason to complain about the 2 and half hours or so of entertainment I got out of it.
