Attention: - this review may contain spoilers, if you don´t mind go ahead. - neutral review - there are bugs and the game seems is already dead Summary: Play as a general and command your waifu army to defeat enemies in this STG war game. Win the battle and get new members for the army (cards), increase level, plan your battles. Features good artwork. About: - Game/ story: Angels on Tanks as the name suggests, there are angels/ waifus on tanks and your army, as a general (unnamed, and undefined sex), plan your battles and command your troops for the victory. It seems it is only STG, without romance, h content, but is still early access, I hope will be added later, otherwise is a waste. - Gameplay: STG game, collect cards (waifus/ troop) in your victory, raise their level. - VA: Not present - Artwork: good - Performance: no problem so far. - Cons: it seems there are no h content, you cant redo your actions. Usually, your enemy has upper hand. There are some bugs yet. Conclusion: Angels on Tanks is an STG war game, command an army composed of sexy girls, and conquer your enemy. Recommended to get once the bugs are fixed.

Update 12-07-2020: after completing main storyline i run into neverending cutscene and wrote on the forum about the bug 27-06-2020. Two weeks passed, but I did not receive any response from the developers and still can not play, because after loading, I again fall into buggy cutscene. Original: An unexpectedly pleasant turn-based strategy with elements of a card game: a lot of content, different game modes and an extremely low price. The only drawback is that there is really no “content” in the collection, if you know what I mean ;) Recommend!

I have only played this game for 3.8 hours as of this posting.... No I have not gotten very far into it. The devs created this game using Kickstarter which is not an uncommon source for funding, but the last update the devs made on their kickstarter was back in October of 2020 talking about needing to find a source to distribute the physical copies of the game for the Nintendo Switch version. Nothing at all has been heard from the devs since then at all on this game. Purchase it at your own risk, and before you do, check in the discussion boards to see if people have commented about a massive bug in level 60 of the game having been fixed.. If that has not happend or the devs have not responded anywhere when you decide to purchase the game I would suggest looking elsewhere as it is most likely by this point the game has been fully abandoned... While it is playable, it is not completable. When the devs respond to messages with an update on progress I will take another look at the game and alter my review accordingly... but until such time as the Devs respond it will remain with no recommendation, spend your money elsewhere.

I can't even run the game because it's forced locked into a bigger resolution than 1920 x 1080. So you can't even fix it in the game menu. Plus, if you try to use the Steam launch settings at all it loads the first logo and than exits right away. So don't buy. And you can't contact them because their website is gone for the game and their support is non-existent. It's also been in early access since 2020 of October and they said it would be for 5 or 6 months, it's now 2022.

Сеттинг незамысловатый: после «великой войны» не осталось мужчин, но осталась, собственно, война за какие-то минералы. В офицерском составе теперь исключительно молодые девушки модельной внешности, имеющие пышные формы и крайне смутное представление о том, как должна выглядеть военная форма, и какого она должна быть размера, чтобы формы из неё не вываливались. Судя по скриншотам, часть девушек ещё и со звериными ушами и хвостами — не знаю, почему, не дошёл ещё до них. Диалоги банальны и полны пафоса, впрочем, как и положено. Геймплей — пошаговые бои на нескольких классах военной техники (два вида самолётов, вертолёт, РСЗО, пара саппортов, три танка, два ПВО), плюс пара классов пехоты. В лучших традициях камня-ножниц-бумаги, классы друг друга неплохо контрят, ярко выраженной имбы нет, баланс хороший. Сложность растёт постепенно, соперники обычно имеют численный перевес, ИИ соперников не очень умный, но если допускать тактические и стратегические ошибки, наказать игрока ИИ вполне сможет. У девушек есть по одной пассивной и одноразовой активной абилке [b](которые иногда не работают)[/b], у соперниц тоже. Задачи на бой бывают разные, когда — всех убить, когда — просто выжить, иногда более специфические. После боя выдаётся лутбокс, в котором лежат девушки и немного внутриигровой валюты, за которую можно прокачивать девушек и покупать баффы на следующий бой [b](которые пропадают, если перезапустить бой)[/b]. Валюта также выдаётся по сюжету и за ачивки, которые только в игре, в стим не завезли. Арт нормальный, девушки нарисованы в мультяшном стиле. Одеты развратненько, но обнажёнки нет [b](говорят, что в оригинальной игре была)[/b]. Техника нарисована немного непоследовательно: в основном футуристично, а вот танки какие-то устаревшие, будто из 30-40-х годов. Хотя классы визуально легко различаются, а это самое главное. Карты и объекты на них нарисованы простенько, но опять же, читаются легко. Интерфейс типичный для игры, сделанной для тачскрина. Звуки резковаты, но терпимы. Музыка простая и однообразная, но вроде не надоедливая. Настроек минимум, только два ползунка громкости. В игре есть ещё косяки и баги, есть очень неприятные Кратко резюмируя, Angels on Tanks — типичная мобильная игра, зачем-то выпущенная в Steam. Однако игра неплохая, играется легко, немного затягивает. [b]Но разработчики, похоже, забили на игру, уже некоторое время нет активности на форуме.[/b]
