To start with, the game seems simple, and honestly, it is. It's short and doesn't have as much complexity as other horror games, mainly because it's not just a horror game—it's also an exploration game. It's very easy to praise this game; finding something bad to say about it is much harder. The environments are fascinating, with an atmosphere that truly immerses you in both the experience and the imagination of the baby. Every chapter does an amazing job of creating that feeling. We also can't forget the soundtrack in each room, or everything you can see, read, and appreciate in the Museum. The gameplay and mechanics are so well designed that they make you realize how many games nowadays seem to be made only for money. This one was clearly made with love. As for the story, it's a solid 10/10 for me. It doesn't necessarily make everyone cry—that depends on how emotional you are—but every line of dialogue, every drawing, and every reference contributes to the narrative. The free DLC also answers many of the questions left by the main game. The story is simply magnificent. The way it tells everything through fairy tales, symbolism, and the perspective of a baby is what makes me love this masterpiece. Even the smallest lines in each chapter carry meaning. One of my favorite examples is one of the mother's final memories, when she says, "The bunny's tears filled the well." The way the baby remembers that moment, the way he hears it, and the way the game presents it to the player is incredible. The bunny represents the baby's mother, while the well symbolizes her addiction born from sadness. The idea of "filling the well" is such a simple line on the surface, yet it carries so much emotional weight throughout the story. If the developers ever released another DLC, a mod, or even a sequel—not necessarily one focused on the father, but something that explored the original ending shown in the Museum—it would be amazing. I'd love to know why we ended up there, why Teddy becomes evil, whether he represents the father, why the mother wasn't supposed to be found in the original version of the game, how we became lost in the world of imagination during the transition from the house to the steampunk area, and what the earliest version of the game was like. Just by playing, you can see how many details support and reinforce the community's theories. A sequel or DLC—even if it were paid—would be an instant purchase for me if it explored those ideas in greater depth. I'd also love to see the animations and behaviors of the monsters and animals that were removed during development, as well as possible upgrades or new abilities for Teddy. He's already an incredibly useful companion with unique mechanics, not to mention his little weapon! Finally, I want to congratulate everyone who worked on this masterpiece. I watched the entire credits because I know a lot of talented people put their hearts into this game. Thank you for creating such an unforgettable experience. And if you're reading this review: buy the game. Trust me—you won't regret it.
great game! if I had a chance I would play it again
