Alter Ego

After completing the game, I have mixed feelings about it. It starts off strong, but as the story progresses, it seems to lose its direction. The narrative is trying to merge two different storylines, resulting in a scattered and somewhat confusing plot. The middle part of the game becomes somewhat dull, only to pick up again towards the end. Unfortunately, the ending, while unexpected, feels anticlimactic. One standout aspect of the game is the use of pre-rendered backgrounds, which provide a visually stunning and immersive experience, Another aspect is that the game offers a lengthy playtime, taking 20-plus hours to complete. 6/10 Recommendation: Only buy it if its on sale.

Vzhledem k tomu, že právě na Hithitu probíhá kampaň na Posla Smrti: Pouto krve, tak jsem si zasteskla po něčem, co bude mít podobnou atmosféru. Alter Ego jsem sháněla dlouho, ale nikdy mě nenapadlo se podívat na steam. A tak jsem tady! Příběh dvou postav, jejíž osudy se protnou v jeden večer ve mně zanechaly poměrně rozporuplné pocity, jelikož konec asi není takový, jaký bych čekala. A o to celá hra byla lepší a zajímavější! Pro milovníky adventur bych řekla, že je to i nutnost zahrát.

Good plot, exciting, useful, cool, I always enjoy playing the game.

If you liked the Black Mirror games this is absolutely for you. And the ending is just great!

Очень сильный и интригующий квест, в котором вам предстоит задействовать всю вашу дедукцию, дабы раскрыть всю историю. Неплохой и втягивающий саундтрек, классический поинт и клик геймплей, отсутствие интерактивных головоломок( слава богу, без пианино и сбора мозайки :). ) . Очень приятный детектив. Однозначно рекомендую к ознакомлению!

Really liked the game, especially the style of the graphics. The puzzles at times were a bit confusing, but the hot spots helped in those cases. The voice acting for the main character was terrible tho and the dialog at times was laughable, but other than that, I had fun with the game and the story kept me guessing till the end.
