Discover the true meaning of fear in Alien: Isolation, a survival horror set in an atmosphere of constant dread and mortal danger.
Modeled estimate, not a reported figure. How we estimate →
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 10.29/day in the week to Aug 18 → 16/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Add-ons
Each DLC is estimated with the same model as a game, then summed — a modeled figure, not reported DLC sales.
Sums Steam only; GOG, Epic publish no volume signal, so the true total is higher by an unknown amount.
Updates
Build ids and update times come straight from Steam's PICS — the same source SteamDB reads. Patch history grows as we record new builds.

so fun
I have seen every single Alien movie, even seen Alien:covenant twice, this game is set after events of Prometheus, Alien Covenant and Alien:Earth, and then after Alien (1979) movie. This game is set before events of Alien:Romulus. - This game must be the hardest, and stressful horror game out there, and it's a long game. This game was about when to run, walk, crouch, when to use what weapon etc, so arguably it's the "dark souls of horror games mixed with puzzles to open a door or similar" - I played this game on medium, and there were a few parts where I died multiple times. The Xenomorph (alien) AI felt very strong at times. But it's an adaptive AI, so if you die a few times, it gets a bit easier. - This game has bunch of bugs, but apparently so because if you run it over 60fps. - This game is very linear, so you are pretty much never lost where to go next. - When you get a certain weapon, dealing with the alien becomes way more easy, but still not "I just use use this everytime on it and ez" because of ammo. - But other than that, the atmosphere, music, sound design, and all that is very good, especially to a massive Alien (xenomorph) fan. Didn't play it before now, because I weren't been into horror games. Rating: 8.5/10. I wish for the sequel that got announced, I wish for these QoL changes: - Option to pause the game while crafting (on easier difficulties or so) - Add name for the scanner, so green dot would show as "alien" in the scanner. Because in the certain part of this game's section, scanner was completely full of green dots, which made it confusing, which one was the Xenomorph. - Add a frame limiter, this game didn't have one, so making it 60fps was through my GPU's panel, to avoid bugs and all that. - Make it so, all lore read on computers or listening, you can pause the game during them.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 9: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
