Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About

Use your special ability as an Aethermancer to form bonds with monsters to guide your party of three through a sprawling world and dangerous battles. Fight ferocious enemies and divine bosses in engaging turn-based battles where every action matters! Manage and harness the four elements of Aether to unleash powerful spells. Consider your synergies and plan your monsters actions. But whatever you do, keep a careful eye on the HP of your monsters…

If a monster dies in combat, you’ll lose it. Permanently. But you have the power to defy death by rebirthing their souls. Don’t lose hope! Your monsters might change in the process, but will still be the same companions you once established a soul bond with and will grow stronger from their previous lives.

With every level up you get to decide in which direction your monsters will grow. Every monster has a dynamic skill pool that reacts to previous choices and other monsters you have in your team, enabling you to create powerful teams. Experiment with a myriad of unique team builds with every run!

Meet various characters who will help you and your monsters throughout your journey! Uncover their stories and dig into the lore of this world - all fueled by your choices and encounters. Help liven the village up by gathering townsfolk, hearing them out, and doing what only a true Aethermancer can do!

The Aethermancer has many faces - and each of them come with entirely new mechanics and abilities. Unlock new player classes to shake up the way you play and how you decide to build your party.

Use your Aethermancer abilities to explore, sneak and fight your way through procedurally generated levels while your monsters gain Worthiness. Keep going until you lose your monsters… then come back stronger and try again!

Finding new Monsters is fun 👍

If this game never received anymore content, I think it would be worth the asking price. The developers are highly responsive to the community and share updates constantly. Never felt safer spending money on an early access game. As far as the actual game goes, it is wonderfully difficult. If you are interested in a darkest dungeon style difficulty, this game is perfect. If you like monster collectors like pokemon and similar typing, its got you. If you like build crafting, the game has it in spades. If you like turn based combat, PLEASE TRY THIS GAME!
Roguelike + Creature Collection = Fun times
Played it for 100+ hours with at least 30+ hours in the demo. Is it good? Yeah. As of Alchemical Awakening update, I've unlocked all the monsters and their shifted versions and have cleared the game at vestige 3 the highest difficulty, but not cleared highest difficulty with all monsters. Fun synergies, combos, and teams. It would be nice if there was a sandbox mode or seeded run or something to test out specific things. It can be a little disappointing to start a run hyped to try out something only to not get offered any of the types or choices you want. That exact randomness makes every single run different even when building a monster in the same way. Also sometimes running around the generated maps sometimes feels bored and repetitive. The monsters, actions, traits and types are in my opinion where the game shines. The alchemist class lets you switch the passive, elements, and types of your monsters means you can get really Frankenstein and have unique runs. The final boss fights are interesting, and makes me want more variety after fighting mini biome bosses that are monsters you can capture. The Khepri fight in particular is mechanically fun with sun and moon phases. Bam perfectly formatted and not rambling review.
Only complaint is lack of content but it's not a full release yet so that's not a real complaint.
The combat system, sheer amount of variety, art, and music are awesome. There's a huge depth to the strategy where I feel like the team building strategy is just starting to click 20 hours in. I also like the characters. I appreciate how they're all quirky in unique ways.
This game is phenomenal. I’ve seen people make comparisons to Pokemon, and that truly does Aethermancer a disservice. Incredible amount of challenge and depth of strategy makes it so addicting. Subtle lore in the background that adds to the game without being bloated is a nice touch. Scratches the same itch that Slay the Spire or Darkest Dungeon does for me.
These developers are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ idiots. The end game boss (Chernobog) is the stupidest ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ encounter one could possibly make for this game. From start to this boss, you will have the SAME gameplay. You get to this boss? Its like playing an entirely different game - especially with the boss exploiting corruption - which you CAN NOT get rid of in the middle of a fight consistently. Summons with no health and need to have their poise broken to get rid of? Not introduced at all beforehand. From these summons: A non debuff condition that adds a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of corruption to your minions if they take an action? Not introduced prior at all. A creature that creates a damn near 1 to 1 replica of your monsters? Not introduced prior at all. Fire the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ moron who designed that boss. It has to be some of the most incompetent hamfisted trash tier out of place design I've seen to date in 30+ years of gaming. Completely ended my desire to continue playing. You have to tailor the run to deal with these bosses, with a constrictive party system that is a pain in the ass to swap out creatures. Especially the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ that scraps their gear on swapping. The boss design means you have no build variety, which means there is no point in having a ton of monsters to capture. It went from enjoyable, being able to make the party I WANT and then adjust/play better/pay the price to keep going down that path....to now I have to tailor everything to get past the first end game boss. I could slug it out against enemies with mismatches and poor optimization (including against mini bosses) and still win. I might be a bit worse off, I might adjust a little bit - but I could still do it without issue and run the group I WANT TO RUN. Now every run I start is completely focused on the bosses, that isn't fun. That makes experimenting and off builds unviable. 5 ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ years and this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ boss is the best you can come up with? I'd refund if I could.
