Prices
The United States storefront in every case, so this compares stores and not countries.
Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

Much more enjoyable than I expected.
I've been playing TW games for 20 years now... and this is the first one where the diplomatic system actually makes sense. Balancing resources is more logical than in other recent versions and internal issues of family feuds and having to keep everyone happy as an entirely different included mini-game are thankfully much reduced (so far that I've noticed anyway). The whole plot of Troy is a bit wonky, but that's history for you. If I didn't want to attack Troy they seemingly come after me, for the insult of them carrying away Helena I guess.... Still they're so far away I've got enough issues with keeping so many vassels around me. (got the game as a gift, so free to me).

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 21: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I really wanted to like this Total War title, being a total war player since Rome 1. I love the setting, I love the art style, I love the idea of the Mythos DLC, but at the end of the day, I moved on from this total war title quicker than I had any others. Don't get me wrong, there are some great ideas in this game, but at the end of the day, the battles just do not feel good -- they are much too fast and often against garrisons. Additionally, the balancing of the units in this game feels off - missile units are OP, morale is wonky, and it doesn't help that most faction's rosters are pretty poor for the first 20-30 turns. Even the mythological units from the Mythos DLC feel unbalanced - some feel super weak and not worth recruiting while some feel OP. I'm sad to say it, but I've moved on to Pharaoh and am having a much better time.
一开始玩儿室友三国入的坑,后来自己号买的第一个全战,目前为止玩的最好玩的一部全战,法老王朝也很优秀但是优化太差,优化好bug修复了会超过特洛伊
Honestly visuals and the feeling you get when its time to either defend or destroy troy is a epic feeling love this game!
this is the worst total war ive ever had the dissplessure of being duped into purchasing, the trade is comical. Its abunch of resources i dont much care for that you barter back and forth with others. what was wrong with a money driven economy? no joke the trade made my blood boil cause i have always enjoyed building economic powerhouses and theres no point in that here with it being stone, food, wood and gold.. its like a city builder. id play ostriv if i was in the mood for that, or maybe after i refund this use the 45 i wasted on this comedic horror show of a game on manor lords where it makes sense for me to focus on such minimalistic crude. i got into one fight mode after again being rubbed the wrong way on how small the map is again! yay tiny map! didnt even start the fight the game fps just crashed all while having graphics that are on par with medievil.. the positive reviews in here need to be checked out cause this game is horrendous, this is not a total war game this is some childs idea of what total war could be and its downright the most awful take ive seen, Atilla and Empire are still the pinnicales of this series and i dont think were ever gonna get improved versions of them but instead were gonna keep getting what ever this hot pile of trash is. MAKE ANOTHER EMPIRE! ENOUGH WITH THIS TINY MAP FOCUSED ON ONE AREA OF THE WORLD B******T! i gave this game a chance and was down right furious at the start, small selection of factions and theyve all got their sides drawn up, its a forced RPG where you dont foster your own path but are poked with a stick down one. this is not a total war game i cant stress that enough.
one of the best total war titles
not to bad for a mythical take, and i kinda like the trading system
Been enjoying the ultimate edition after having gotten it on sale. Mythos / truth behind the myth are both very interesting modes. The art is absolutely beautiful. Would recommend, but only on heavy sale - there is simply too much locked behind DLC otherwise.
