A Corgi's Cozy Hike

I replay the og Spyro the Dragon trilogy to cope with sadness or stress the same way some people down pints of ice cream and watch soap operas. Purple dragon nostalgia is my happy place. It is spelled out that A Corgi's Cozy Hike is inspired by it, and still delivered beautifully the same feelings I remember having when I originally played Spyro as a kid--that joy of running around as a spunky little critter taking on a big world. Though A Corgi's Cozy Hike has no combat or health mechanic, the music, level design, controls, secrets, and general ambiance were spot on while still managing to stay a unique experience. I am looking forward to playing again. I have had the pleasure of meeting the Scalisco team at PAX West the last two years and wholeheartedly support their mission to give rescue pets loving homes! 10/10, well done you guys, everyone should buy this game. <3 Hope to see you next year to celebrate the 1 year anniversary!

Aaaaaahhhhh 😻😻 this is the cutest, sweetest, coziest game on Steam! There's so much to do, so much to find, and soooo many pretty settings The Discord is wholesome and supportive AND they donate to animal shelters???? So darn sweet! 11/10, play it now!!

A sweet and cozy game. It brought back memories of the 3d platformer collect-a-thons that I enjoyed so much as a kid. Finding the little easter eggs that were hidden around the world here and there was also fun. The art style is retro and adorable. The music is fantastic. This is obviously a project done out of love for game development and animals. It was created by a tiny indy team that are actively working to fix any bugs, so the game will only continue to improve in quality. Cute 10/10 Cozy 10/10 Corgis 10/10

I loved the cozy fun atmosphere of the game. It really lives up to its title. The bright and colorful visuals reminded me of classic video games like Super Mario 64 and Spyro! I played it with a controller and the controls felt responsive and easy to learn. I did not have stop and look up any control schemes. I liked all the cool custom items and designs for the corgi. Great Job! I love playing with the cute characters you created.

This is a cozy game that I'd recommend for the whole family. It's a cute and creative open-world 3d platformer that's inspired by Spyro. I met the creators at PAX West and chatted a bunch with them after playing the demo. They were pretty awesome people, and I love their mission to support animal shelters. I bought it the day after I flew home and have played it all day.

Really enjoying my time so far in the game. It's a big love letter to classic 3d platformers, and has a lot of heart and fun characters! Definitely worth checking out!

Wow. I was not expecting this. I don't think I've found so much genuine joy in a game in a long, long time. What can I say? The writing, the humor, the vibrant world, the charming characters... This is a game has a rare confidence in itself. 11/10. Also, bonus: you can change the saturation! (The colors were one of the things which made me hesitant going in because I thought my eyes would be too strained by the palette for prolonged play)
