Nutze es schon seit Jahren, bietet es doch einen Umfang, deutlich mehr als mittel Alter!(Den musste ich hier bringen :) ) Also es sind alle möglichen Gleiskataloge, sowie ausreichend Ausgestaltungsmodelle enthalten und das bei einem nicht so abgehobenem Preisgefüge, wie bei der Konkurrenz...

The game is very fun, if you like trains, then you should try this one! Many german trains and lots of steam ones :3

Always wanted to have a model railway that won't get in the wife's way? Well here it is and it is fantastic. Everything you need and more. Once you get the hang of it, there are no limits to what you can create. Coupled with that, a thriving community of content makers and all the reading you need to get the best out of this amazing title. For the price, you get endless hours of fun and it will never get boring. I wish I had known about it sooner. Well done 3D Train Studio, and absolute first class job. Highly recommended.

Ich finde es gut dass der Weg zu Steam gegangen ist, für mich ist es pure Entspannung an meiner Modellbahn zubasteln. Bitte weiter machen und weiter entwickeln vielleicht später einen Steamworkshop einfügen für neues Rollmaterial auf Schienen und Straße.

I like that 3DTS can connect to rocrail and can control the train with rocrail and also has api for external program. I like that Online Model Catalog has a Marklin model.

This is a great game. Great intuitive controls and it all works. I was able to create my own route miniature railway with custom rails and get trains to drive over with simple signalling that connects with the rails and required only placing and setting (to green and speed). There is a lot possible with all the content, this game will keep me satisfied for hours. No frustration on the placing, as everything can be X Y Z fine placed, and some snapping happens when close with manual placement. I can fine-tune each road and rail bend to perfect customization. I am very impressed with the quality presented. ((I can not download the content to offline - it downloads everything and then comes with a connection failure.. UPDATE: the developer said in the forum discussions this issue will be fixed in an upcoming update in januari 2026..). Absolutely worth it so far.

Je pense avoir essayé à peu près tous les jeux de trains sur Steam, (Trainz, Rolling Line, TSW, EEP Simulator...) je ne vais pas tous les énumérer, chacun de ses jeux ont leurs côtés positifs, bien sûr et d'autres aspects qui me plaisent moins, cela dit, c'est un avis personnel. 3D Train Studio m'a apporté ce qu'aucun de ces jeux ne possède, une facilité a construire de jolis réseaux rapidement et assez simplement avec un catalogue d'assets bien fourni. Bien entendu, il faut être familiarisé avec ce type de jeux et la courbe d'apprentissage est assez ardu dès lors qu'on veut commencer a programmer les évènements. Mais il y a beaucoup de tuto, un wiki assez complet en plusieurs langues. Pour moi, amateur de réseaux ferroviaires c'est le MUST HAVE ! I think I've tried just about every train game on Steam (Trainz, Rolling Line, TSW, EEP Simulator...). I won't list them all; each of these games has its positive aspects, of course, and other aspects I like less. That said, it's just my personal opinion. 3D Train Studio has given me something none of these games have: the ability to quickly and easily build beautiful layouts with a well-stocked asset catalog. Of course, you need to be familiar with this type of game, and the learning curve is quite steep once you start programming events. But there are plenty of tutorials and a fairly comprehensive wiki in several languages. For me, as a model railway enthusiast, it's a MUST-HAVE!
