Help on a scale bigger than ever before. The sequel of the award-winning 911 Operator lets you act on many, completely different levels - from taking care of a single neighborhood to coordinating several operators’ work in the world’s biggest metropolises. Full 3D visualization will give you the inside view of your units’ actions. Choose from over 100 000 areas, such as districts, municipalities, and tens of thousands of real cities from all over the world.
Face the dynamic weather, based on authentic, historical data. Watch the incidents change as day or night comes, traffic increases and seasons pass. Watch out for extreme conditions that may lead to cataclysms and natural disasters. Try to tame big wildfires spreading across the map. Weather isn’t your only problem though - be careful when dealing with terrorist attacks and gang wars.
Take calls from people in various situations, needing emergency services’ help. You never know who’s on the other side of the line - you might hear a frightening murder story, maybe you’ll have to instruct someone on performing CPR, or keep your nerves while encountering an annoying prankster.
Choose one of the European cities in completely new Career mode and find out if you’ll manage to climb up to the very top of an operator’s career ladder. Follow the commands of your supervisors and see your actions affecting people you’re in charge of or those who need your help. Sometimes your mistakes will only be followed by a reprimanding e-mail, sometimes they’ll influence your own life.
You can also play special scenarios in any city in the world, or make your own rules in the Free Game mode.

as of right now I will not be supporting this game anymore and subsequently any other game from this developer, when it comes to this game specifically recently they released an update that was a shadow update to change believe something within the maps. since they released that update they are broken from what I've seen official things in the game including some mods and at least one mod that is not in the steam workshop that was also not free, the mod creators cannot fix this not free mod because it's built on something the game no longer has. so unless jutsu games revert the update I can't recommend this game and I loved the game.

This game and also the predecessor (911 operator) are both on my favorite games' list. Not only is nice to play when you want something more chill even at the end of the day, but the fact that they have actual situations that a real operator is facing and also the good tips for different real situation makes it also a very good learning tool. A big GG for the producers of these games! Amazing work!

最后一战DLC太折磨了，我最多只能活15天，不过还挺好玩。
[h1] It is fun....however [/h1] It is great at first but by the time you are finished, the boredom has kicked in, badly, It has very little going on, and The scenarios, / dlcs, are just not worth playing. Sounds like it should be a thumbs down right? Well no, if it is cheap enough it is worth playing and quite enjoyable for awhile. So yeah, get it, enjoy playing pretend but beware, it is one of those games where the charm wares off and you left feeling like you are at work.

За эти 6 тяжёлых часов, хочу сказать что игра стоит того, гоняю преступников на буханках и бью людей на митингах, игра прекрасна. Сценарии пока не пробовал, но думаю они тоже будут шикарны, но очень заё**вает когда ♥♥♥♥♥ вызовов вначале и последующем прохождении, постоянная нехватка экипажей, но это поправимо и не слишком сильно влияет на игру, я максимально точно подхожу к выбору экипажа и сейчас стало +- легче. Игра шик блеск, советую
