About
112 Operator allows you to manage emergency services in any city in the world! Dispatch units, take calls and face situations caused by weather, traffic or changing seasons. Help the city survive escalating events like riots, organized crime, terrorist attacks, cataclysms, natural disasters and many more!
Help on a scale bigger than ever before. The sequel of the award-winning 911 Operator lets you act on many, completely different levels - from taking care of a single neighborhood to coordinating several operators’ work in the world’s biggest metropolises. Full 3D visualization will give you the inside view of your units’ actions. Choose from over 100 000 areas, such as districts, municipalities, and tens of thousands of real cities from all over the world.
Face the dynamic weather, based on authentic, historical data. Watch the incidents change as day or night comes, traffic increases and seasons pass. Watch out for extreme conditions that may lead to cataclysms and natural disasters. Try to tame big wildfires spreading across the map. Weather isn’t your only problem though - be careful when dealing with terrorist attacks and gang wars.
Take calls from people in various situations, needing emergency services’ help. You never know who’s on the other side of the line - you might hear a frightening murder story, maybe you’ll have to instruct someone on performing CPR, or keep your nerves while encountering an annoying prankster.
Choose one of the European cities in completely new Career mode and find out if you’ll manage to climb up to the very top of an operator’s career ladder. Follow the commands of your supervisors and see your actions affecting people you’re in charge of or those who need your help. Sometimes your mistakes will only be followed by a reprimanding e-mail, sometimes they’ll influence your own life.
You can also play special scenarios in any city in the world, or make your own rules in the Free Game mode.
Command the best specialists, using technologically advanced equipment and vehicles. Decide what to use - a SWAT team, Search and Rescue helicopter, or maybe riot gear? When your units arrive at the scene, command them in the tactical view that gives you the full image of the situation.
25 times bigger, expandable maps of REAL CITIES with 3D buildings
entirely new set of emergency calls and large events

Good game, but can be overwhelming at times.
Its a good game But it just about bad realisation.
And i agree with all playerbase about advertising own products on the game that people paid, its just weird and annoying. I remember playing that game when it came out, and it was fun. IN THE FIRST FEW HOURS. And the same situation can be said even today. I wasn't able to touch DLC's but it doesn't actually matter if the core gameplay the same. Like the House Flipper, cooking simulator or a PC Building sim. I'm not gonna focus on the good parts of the game, because you can read other positive reviews other than mine. And if you reading this, your probably trying to see the reason why this game sucks right? 1. Why you force players to upgrade areas? Its unreasonable, if player wants to upgrade their gear. And touch the all possible game mechanic they can. Why you would force players to expand the area of possible incidents? I guess its the sole reason to increase difficulty, WHEN THERE ALREADY A DIFFICULTY OPTION. But its not just about forcing, but the next thing i'm gonna tell. 2. Custom areas doesn't work properly (this game could just have pre-built locations from devs, what will actually work as developer intended, because prices, names is localized - but the whole game is solely on english - what is really confusing). If you enter the game, you probably getting message about getting your save on the location where you live in. Its sound great, but in practice, can break your save. Many places isn't urbanized, and some regions is a sole nature, and maybe some houses and really little places of human activity. If you have that "tiny spot", you probably screwed. And game won't let you play until you gain more places to watch for, and that is what creating A NEW ISSUE! 3. Cash doesn't match area progression. If you getting new areas, you probably getting cash overflow from opening it, and maybe some simple vehicles if you're lucky. But it feels like its not enough. You can't farm money for equipment for your crewmates. Or buying more employees or new vehicles in order to actually grow. Its just forces you with the existing equipment, and making this expirience frustrating. 4. Show keybinds on UI please.. Game doesn't actually show you little help with shortcuts for vehicles. So if your main way of interacting with crew is a mouse. You probably gonna do it till the end unefficiently, just because game doesn't provide you with a little snippet of them on the screen itself. Just remember Cyberpunk for example. Many games do that, i've recently completed Resident Evil 5, and it actually shows you keybinds whatever you need. And you can disable it if you feeling like you've get used to it! Like yeah, you've got tutorial mails, but its just doesn't work this way.
Edit
1. Can be disabled in new save. 2. Game actually has pre-determinated locations to play in. But i didn't play them so can't tell much about it.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

cool
It is fun....however
It is great at first but by the time you are finished, the boredom has kicked in, badly, It has very little going on, and The scenarios, / dlcs, are just not worth playing. Sounds like it should be a thumbs down right? Well no, if it is cheap enough it is worth playing and quite enjoyable for awhile. So yeah, get it, enjoy playing pretend but beware, it is one of those games where the charm wares off and you left feeling like you are at work.
i enjoy this game very much! although the mechanics are repetitive and you tend to get the same calls after a while (on the normal game mode) it scratches my brain so well. i love fast paced puzzle games like this, and the farther along you get in the game the more difficult it gets. the campaign mode is so much fun and i love that there are so many ways to play! the graphics are great and i absolutely adore the game interface. that being said, i wanted so freaking badly to 100% all the dlc content. and i just can't. it frustrates me to no end but it seriously feels so impossible to do some of these scenarios on hard mode. i genuinely give up. i love this game though, and it breaks my heart that i can't finish everything.
112 Operator is too shallow and uninteresting. It's a point and click time management type game that's totally boring.
