About
112 Operator allows you to manage emergency services in any city in the world! Dispatch units, take calls and face situations caused by weather, traffic or changing seasons. Help the city survive escalating events like riots, organized crime, terrorist attacks, cataclysms, natural disasters and many more!
Help on a scale bigger than ever before. The sequel of the award-winning 911 Operator lets you act on many, completely different levels - from taking care of a single neighborhood to coordinating several operators’ work in the world’s biggest metropolises. Full 3D visualization will give you the inside view of your units’ actions. Choose from over 100 000 areas, such as districts, municipalities, and tens of thousands of real cities from all over the world.
Face the dynamic weather, based on authentic, historical data. Watch the incidents change as day or night comes, traffic increases and seasons pass. Watch out for extreme conditions that may lead to cataclysms and natural disasters. Try to tame big wildfires spreading across the map. Weather isn’t your only problem though - be careful when dealing with terrorist attacks and gang wars.
Take calls from people in various situations, needing emergency services’ help. You never know who’s on the other side of the line - you might hear a frightening murder story, maybe you’ll have to instruct someone on performing CPR, or keep your nerves while encountering an annoying prankster.
Choose one of the European cities in completely new Career mode and find out if you’ll manage to climb up to the very top of an operator’s career ladder. Follow the commands of your supervisors and see your actions affecting people you’re in charge of or those who need your help. Sometimes your mistakes will only be followed by a reprimanding e-mail, sometimes they’ll influence your own life.
You can also play special scenarios in any city in the world, or make your own rules in the Free Game mode.
Command the best specialists, using technologically advanced equipment and vehicles. Decide what to use - a SWAT team, Search and Rescue helicopter, or maybe riot gear? When your units arrive at the scene, command them in the tactical view that gives you the full image of the situation.

Reviews
112 Operator is the sequel to 911 operator which improves upon the prior game by improving the depth of mechanics and bringing much needed additional content. The main campaign was well paced, slowly introducing game concepts over the course of the story-line. The addition of standalone scenarios for this title are welcome secondary challenges to solve. Some requiring multiple attempts to figure out how to deal with the issues presented. Fundamentally the game-play for 112 Operator comes down to having limited resources and figuring out how to prioritise them to get maximum effectiveness to solve the ongoing crises. The additional content and game-play systems compared to the previous entry game goes a long way to make the free-play mode worth a dabble in, although the audio phone calls do unfortunately get repetitive. All in all I think it's worth a play-through. Worth buying on a sale/bundle.

Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.43/day in the week to Aug 2 → 1.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Game is unplayable because buttons in the main menu doesn't work, so you can't do anything! It's shame that even after two months of reporting this issue devs wasn't able to fix this issue. If you can't use buttons in menu, you need to change your language of the operating system to English (United States). I changed it in Windows 10 and now I can control buttons in menu. But it's just a nonsense that I have to change language of the operating system to play this game!
112 Operator

И это «Game Over», детка.

I recommend 112 Operator for the first hour of gameplay but no longer, as it places you behind the desk with simple management gameplay & full control over the lives of others. I found the dispatch calls themselves have somewhat emotional audio pertaining to real life situations and events like suicide & domestic violence calls that made me think about my actions & choices.
Overview & Problems
That being said... The progression completely ruins the aforementioned by removing all of it after a certain rank has been achieved. At some point the dispatch calls cease & are replaced with station calls that have no emotion to them and are extremely limited & repetitive e.g. Cistern blows up, Rioting, train crash or construction yard incident. When they appear they halt the gameplay while you listen to the exact same audio for the nth time. There are other factors that I can't deeply explain but the economy is busted with little income once you get your district established and when you are established the game expects you to expand to other districts without increasing the amount of units you can hire to maintain the work. I expanded my map to another district thinking my forces would increase but instead I was now locked into operating in two large zones while stretched thin with little money or units. There isn't even an option to remove the expanded district so a save can be completely ruined as a result. What I will say is that it was fun & unique being able to play dispatcher for my town/city thanks to the map generation from google maps. That being said because it's seemingly ripped from other services the generated information can result in the aforementioned events occurring in forest, farms etc. rather than realistic locations. The generation can also cause issues with your units as they fail to navigate swiftly through accessible roads. The gameplay is extremely simple with the first time experience making it feel deeper than it actually is but once you progress or play longer mechanics & systems become irrelevant or useless, e.g. the dispatch caller system that I praised at the start. The convoluted interface also assists in making the game feel deeper or harder than it appears with directives that (once again) only get worse when you expand to more districts or level up your operator.
Invasive in-game advertisements
The last problem I can think of that's a pain is blatant advertisements upon loading & closing the game with no way to disable them. Upon launching you'll be met with a confirmation screen displaying other titles from the developers that aren't relevant to 112 Operator alongside DLC for the title, with the same screen appearing when you close the game. 112 Operator is not free to play and retails for $36AUD or $7 during sales, it should not have invasive advertisements.
Conclusion
At the end of the day and as of writing, I enjoyed the first hour or so of 112 Operator but as my save progressed, events stopped being unique or appearing at all, unit management stretched thin, audio repeated without variation & more, the experience was lessened to the point I don’t recommend the title at all for those interested in playing more than an hour. If you can get it from a bundle or during a sale that’s deeper than $7 I suggest giving it some of your time but at its current prices, I do not recommend 112 Operator.
112 Operator is one of those games I thought I’d just try for a little bit and then move on, but instead it completely sucked me in. I booted it up one evening just for funsies, and suddenly it was 4 a.m. and I’d been glued to my screen for hours. It’s the sequel to 911 Operator, and the core loop is the same — you manage emergency services in any city in the world, take calls, and dispatch units to deal with everything from minor accidents to full-blown disasters. What makes it so addictive is the tension and decision-making. You never know what the next call is going to be. One minute it’s a simple broken leg, and the next it’s an armed robbery, a fire, or even a riot. I loved the feeling of juggling resources and making quick choices to try to keep the city running. It really tests how you prioritize and manage chaos. Sometimes I’d be so stressed I’d laugh out loud, because where else can you send an entire SWAT team to deal with a parking violation and a single police bike to an armed robbery? That said, the UI definitely has its quirks. When multiple units are sitting in the same location, it can be frustrating to select the right one. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it’s something that tripped me up a lot during the more hectic scenarios. It feels like the game could use a bit of polish in that area to make the experience smoother, especially since things can get really frantic in the later stages. I ended up 100%-ing the game, and while I had a blast, I wasn’t super impressed with most of the DLC scenarios. They felt a little flat compared to the base game. The Last Stand DLC, though, was a neat change of pace — throwing you into a zombie apocalypse situation was unexpected and pretty fun to deal with, even if it was more of a novelty than something I’d replay. Overall, I’d definitely recommend 112 Operator if you like management games with a lot of tension and problem-solving. Just be warned: it can eat up hours of your time before you even realize it. My biggest piece of advice, though, is to grab it on a good sale or in a bundle. At full price, I don’t think it quite justifies the cost, but on discount? It’s absolutely worth diving into.
Sinopsis
