About
112 Operator allows you to manage emergency services in any city in the world! Dispatch units, take calls and face situations caused by weather, traffic or changing seasons. Help the city survive escalating events like riots, organized crime, terrorist attacks, cataclysms, natural disasters and many more!
Help on a scale bigger than ever before. The sequel of the award-winning 911 Operator lets you act on many, completely different levels - from taking care of a single neighborhood to coordinating several operators’ work in the world’s biggest metropolises. Full 3D visualization will give you the inside view of your units’ actions. Choose from over 100 000 areas, such as districts, municipalities, and tens of thousands of real cities from all over the world.
Face the dynamic weather, based on authentic, historical data. Watch the incidents change as day or night comes, traffic increases and seasons pass. Watch out for extreme conditions that may lead to cataclysms and natural disasters. Try to tame big wildfires spreading across the map. Weather isn’t your only problem though - be careful when dealing with terrorist attacks and gang wars.
Take calls from people in various situations, needing emergency services’ help. You never know who’s on the other side of the line - you might hear a frightening murder story, maybe you’ll have to instruct someone on performing CPR, or keep your nerves while encountering an annoying prankster.
Choose one of the European cities in completely new Career mode and find out if you’ll manage to climb up to the very top of an operator’s career ladder. Follow the commands of your supervisors and see your actions affecting people you’re in charge of or those who need your help. Sometimes your mistakes will only be followed by a reprimanding e-mail, sometimes they’ll influence your own life.
You can also play special scenarios in any city in the world, or make your own rules in the Free Game mode.
Command the best specialists, using technologically advanced equipment and vehicles. Decide what to use - a SWAT team, Search and Rescue helicopter, or maybe riot gear? When your units arrive at the scene, command them in the tactical view that gives you the full image of the situation.

Every market we collect.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.43/day in the week to Aug 2 → 1.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I got 911 operator for free. It was so simple, fun and addictive that i decided to buy this sequel, 112 Operator, where you can play at any city using the google maps layout, its great. I cant imagine how insane and hard must be work in this kind of jobs, dealing with extreme urgency calls under pressure and dealing with the psychological terror.
A pretty solid upgrade from 911 Operator with larger maps, more systems to manage, and way more stressful emergencies. Juggling medical calls, police incidents, and traffic disasters at the same time can get genuinely intense. The voice acting and random events help keep things immersive too. Definitely makes you appreciate emergency dispatchers more.
Всё поломалось карты не грузит впн не помогает сохранения тоже не работают
This is a hard review to make. It's a great game in the early stages, but suffers greatly as time progresses. Especially once you're forced to hire other operators. The same events tend to repeat with them and it just makes the game more tedious with train crashes happening multiple times a day every day. Gameplay becomes a slog and just not as fun as it is early on. Overall, the early game is a thumbs up, the late game is a thumbs down.
好玩,但是被E宝背刺了(不是)
Unfair Mathematical Death Spiral - Beautiful Concept, Broken Endgame Scale
I loved this game. I put over 70 hours into 112 Operator in just 4 days. The concept is brilliant, and managing small-to-medium cities feels incredibly rewarding. However, once you advance your career stage (Senior Specialist / Director) and unlock massive real-world city maps like Dnipro or Kyiv, the core game design completely breaks. The game calculates incident spawn rates strictly based on the geographic area of the map , completely ignoring your actual capacity, fleet budget, or travel times. On massive maps, units literally cannot physically drive to outer sectors fast enough. As a result, calls time out, leading to heavy reputation penalties and cash drain. Losing budget means you can't buy more vehicles or helicopters, which causes even more failed calls on the next shift. The math creates a mathematically unwinnable scenario. Auto-dispatching fails miserably on large scales. Instead of a realistic emergency dispatch simulator, the endgame turns into an artificial, punitive clicker game where failure is mathematically guaranteed. It is a great game for small maps, but high-career megacity play is completely broken. 6/10 -
Recommended only with custom sandbox settings.

thought it would be the same as 911, it wasn't. It was better at some things, but worse at others (UX and UI wise). Overall, 7/10
