Orbital weapons, nuclear strikes, mechs are just some of the ingredients you get to play with. Take on the mantle of Aster, Commander of the Protectorate, tasked with saving humanity from losing access to interstellar travel and receding into an age of darkness and ignorance. Engage in a cinematic RPG experience where your choices shape the future of the galaxy, then drop into the battlefields to execute on your strategies.

Ally yourself with the right parties, build out your force, and protect the Orion sector.
A Caelo Ad Terram.
For centuries the Protectorate have been the stalwart defenders of humanity’s ventures through the Orion Arm, guarding against enemies foreign and domestic of the United Earth Spheres. As humanity’s galactic infrastructure teeters on the brink of collapse over a deficit of the resource “flux,” the Protectorate brings honed tactics and heavy firepower to bear. Field veteran commandos to deep strike enemy positions, or bring the heavy firepower of your mech divisions to break enemy lines.
Grow. Expand. Exterminate.
The Grell are a tide of highly evolved plant-like creatures that spawn sites of raw flux crystals through the galaxy, and humanity’s first contact with alien life. As external powers dive deeper into exploiting flux for faster than light travel, the once passive Grell have begun to flood across worlds, wiping out those who would threaten their biosphere. Expand your blooms by spreading the roots of your biomass across the battlefield, and rip apart your enemies with twisted evolutions from the acidic Harbinger to the rampaging Reaver.
Across a Million Worlds, We March.
The Legion of Truth are a fanatical empire from beyond the reaches of known space, devoted to their Emperor and a pantheon of god-like beings. Their armies crusade across the cosmos, bringing all in their path under the Idals, and purging those unwilling or unable to accept the voice. Drown your enemies with waves of expendable Thralls and Fanatics, and break your enemy under the treads of the titanic Terror Tank, a mobile fortress that can reconfigure with the tide of battle.
For Purpose. For Survival.
The Xol are civilization of autonomous robotic consciousness, brought to the brink of extinction by the dark crusade of the Legion. Though fiercely individualistic, they are united by one imperative: survival. As the tide of annihilation turns against them, the Xol will bring the most advanced robotics technology in the galaxy to bear, wield the accumulated genius of their society, and wipe out all who threaten their future.
Rank to become the dominant battle group in the sector as you take part in a living, breathing galaxy shared by thousands of real players. Déja super agréable à jouer. Nerveux, 4 factions. Graphismes magnifiques et une campagne intêressante. Vraiment top. Prise en main relativement facile pour un RTS. Regroupe pas mal de mécaniques de différents RTS mais de manière équilibrée. En tant que joueur de starcraft 2 et de command and conquer, je suis satisfait.
ZeroSpace - A Good RTS, But Don't Expect StarCraft III
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zr-sJbZWz-E I backed ZeroSpace on Kickstarter because I liked the idea behind it, and after playing the Early Access version I don't think it is a bad game at all. I think one of its biggest problems is that many players expect a much deeper and more traditional RTS than what ZeroSpace is actually trying to be. The easiest way I can describe the campaign gameplay is: Build, build, build. Train, train, train. Kill, expand, find more resources, build even more and train even more. It is an RTS mixed with hero mechanics, light RPG elements and missions that sometimes feel a little like tower defence in reverse. Instead of sitting behind defences and waiting for enemy waves, you are usually trying to build production as fast as possible, create a large army and push forward before the enemy can destroy your bases. The economy and base management are much simpler than in games like StarCraft II, Age of Empires or Command & Conquer. You do not spend as much time managing workers or dealing with complicated resource systems. Most of your attention goes toward producing units, controlling the battlefield and moving your army forward. Some RTS players will see that as shallow or dumbed down. I can understand that criticism, but I also think it is partly a matter of expectations. ZeroSpace is clearly designed to be easier to enter and less focused on economic micromanagement. If you enjoy building a large army and constantly attacking, the gameplay loop works surprisingly well. I have only played the campaign on Easy, so I cannot judge the higher difficulty levels properly. On Easy, the game is not especially complicated, but it is still satisfying to establish a new base, increase production and watch reinforcements keep moving toward the front line. My biggest problem is the story and lore. The game has factions, characters, dialogue choices and a ship you return to between missions, but I never really felt pulled into the universe. The story feels like it has only been partly developed. I understand what is happening, but I do not feel emotionally connected to the characters or invested in the larger conflict. The ship should also be much more interesting to explore. Right now I mostly run around the cockpit area and continue to the next mission. There should be more optional conversations, personal rooms, crew events, hidden lore, messages and changes based on your decisions. The ship should feel like a home and an important part of the campaign, not just a large mission-selection screen. My only real gameplay irritation is the control-group system. The number 1 key selects all units by default, which is fine for new players, but I have used number keys for control groups in RTS games for years. I rebound it, but sometimes pressing or double-tapping 1 still seems to select something different from what I expected. It is not a major problem, but it constantly fights against my old RTS muscle memory and becomes annoying during battles. The graphics are generally good and the large battles can look impressive, although units sometimes become difficult to distinguish when everything gets chaotic. The interface and presentation still need work, but that is not surprising because the game is clearly still in a genuine Early Access state. From reading other reviews, the general reaction seems fairly consistent. Players who enjoy the simplified economy, army control and fast combat are mostly positive. Players looking for deep traditional macro, a highly polished campaign or a true StarCraft II replacement are much more critical. Other commonly mentioned problems include the interface, campaign presentation, battle readability and the current amount of unfinished content. I think both sides have reasonable arguments. ZeroSpace has a solid core and it works as a faster, more accessible RTS. The problem is that the RPG, story and worldbuilding parts do not currently feel as developed as the combat. The game has many good ideas, but several of them still feel only half finished. Recommended if you want a fast RTS focused on building armies, expanding and fighting without excessive worker management. Wait for more updates if you mainly want a deep campaign, strong characters or traditional RTS complexity. For now, I would give the Early Access version around 7/10. The gameplay works, the foundation is good and I enjoyed my time with it, but the story and the ship between missions need far more depth before the full game can reach its potential. * Kiba Snowpaw Kickstarter Backer

Danish Furry Gamer Curator
Developers interested in sending review keys, or players looking for more reviews, can find my curator here: Danish Furry Gamer
Overall I'm very impressed with the 1v1 experience. I have not touched campaign. The game has taken many innovations that others have tried and failed at and combines them together in a unique way. The XP towers, faction levels, mercenary choices, and hero unit choice all make it feel like there's a lot of decision making outside of the already complicated plethora of RTS build orders, unit relationships, macro / micro, etc. There are many accessibility options to make the game easier to play for folks new to the genre, and customizable options for guys like me who have been playing RTS games since the 90's to tweak our UI and inputs to just how we want it. Overall, I'm having a blast learning the races and coming up with build orders, studying my replays, and watching myself get slowly better. It's scratching that competitive itch, has fast turnaround rates, and definitely fills me with the "just one more game" mindset keeping me going!
Noch kein speichern möglich. Einfach eine riesige Armee produzieren und den Gegner überrennen. Im Kampf unübersichtlich. Hat mit Strategie nicht viel zu tun.
