Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1/day in the week to Sep 3 → 0.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

To play in 1920x1080p, click Play from the Steam app, then you can launch the Configuration Tool app to set your resolution. (I'm saying this 'cause not everyone uses the Steam app for starting their games. I was using my desktop shortcut which bypasses the configuring thing.)
A good, short, straightforward ARPG. It feels low-budget, but has lots of soul. Controls take a bit getting used to (mouse scroll to rotate camera i.e.), but feels good once you get the hang of it. I assume the game lacks build variety, since gear is stat gated and the needed stats demand a balanced approach, except for strength. You could make a mage build, I guess, but you forfeit access to better gear then. There is a scoring system at the end of the game to encourage replays and optimisation, but I don't care for that, I won't replay this game anyway. All in all a 7/10 game

Xanadu Next is an odd game to me. Its very simple and honestly very generic, but it does what it does excellently. And despite its simplicity, I don't think I know of another game which manages such a pure vision of fantasy in both aesthetics and gameplay. If you've played any of the first 5 Ys games or like ARPGs or like fantasy games in general, I cannot recommend this game enough.
I have only really played the beginning of this game, and usually I'd hold off before writing any kind of reviews, but seeing as this game is really unknown I figured I'd say that just from the start, this is an awesome game! The atmosphere and gameplay loop is very relaxing; you traverse dungeons gathering information on the land's history in hopes of finding access to a mysterious castle. The gameplay only consists of two buttons (left click for attack and right click for special/magic) but the customizability of your special attacks and the focus on where you are on the field makes it quite engaging. The dungeons all also seem to interconnect as you explore them which really makes the land feel lived in. It's also surprisingly forgiving, considering the original PC-88 Xanadu is known for being brutally difficult. You can return to the village with ease which really mitigates any resource management issues I may otherwise have, and all this combined with the music and visuals makes it a really chill experience. I recommend giving it a try, especially if you catch the game on a good sale!!
Dark Souls out of Dark Souls
Stumbled across some screenshots of this on Twitter, thought it was beautiful visually, and bought it on a whim during the Summer Sale. Super glad I did because it turns out this game is a real hidden gem. An obscure spin-off of an equally obscure series developed by Falcom, the devs behind the Ys series. All games I've never played and know nothing about. But thankfully none of that matters, this game is entirely standalone and pretty easy to pick up without knowing anything about it. Mechanically it's a pretty simple action RPG: you strafe around enemies and then click on them to attack in melee. You can equip a large variety of spells and weapon skills ranging from a 360 sword spin, a fireball, or summoning the power of death itself. Nothing feels too groundbreaking here, but Falcom does everything they set out to do incredibly well. The level design was the big standout to me, dungeons frequently interconnect with each other, or require Metroidvania-esque item abilities to progress, and loop in on themselves like a Souls game. I'm really trying not to call this a "proto-Soulslike," but the level design and rhythm of the combat are very reminiscent. The game definitely peaks in the first three quarters of the playtime, with all the cliche colorful fantasy environments and recolored enemies to imply a greater challenge. Then, after about 12 hours, you will reach the final dungeon. The final dungeon (which everyone greatly exaggerates the size of) is a confusing labyrinth of gray stone, and an unintelligible mini map makes it all sort of get tangled up in itself. It's not bad by any means, but it's very different than everything before it. Some people might bounce off the game there, but personally I loved it. Felt like a high fantasy brutalist megastructure. The final boss is a tad disappointing unfortunately, though his fight is quite tense, and the story ends with some major dialogue plot explanation dumping. Makes me wish there was a direct sequel to this game honestly, though that'll never happen. Overall I really recommend this game to anyone looking for a dungeon crawling action RPG with some good build variety and simple mechanics. It's deceptively difficult at times and really satisfying to get a hang of.
After playing many of their games, I don't think this studio makes games I want to play, because I have not learned the very common and you would think vital wisdom for someone who buys, plays and reviews as many games here on steam as I have, and that wisdom is, MIND THE 2 HOUR RETURN LIMIT. MIND IT!!!!!!! 5.5 without prejudice. They put real effort in to the games they make, it's just best appreciated by someone else.
Душновата, но пойдёт, если любите бэктрекинг просто для того, чтобы продолжить путь. Средней оценки в стим нет, поэтому скорее отрицальный отзыв.
a personal fav in terms of my (as of now) limited experience playing dungeon crawlers, i picked up xanadu next on sale while looking up and down for kings field-likes available on steam. although its far from being a 1-to-1 kings field experience, there are some slight similarities to it. xanadu next motivated me to pick up the older ys games since they match closest to xananexts visuals and gameplay, but even with that there really isnt anything quite like this game. its story is basic, but everything else from the gorgeous art direction, gameplay loop, navigation and exploration hasnt really been replicated from anything ive played, let alone the isometric perspective. its not perfect, but this game is a genuine gem, and itll be an experience i'll find myself craving to relive for a long time
配乐好,玩法也很喜欢,难度适中。最后给指南里给出汉化方法和xbox手柄适配方法的大佬怒赞。
