Maybe check it out in a few months. My creature keeps getting stuck on douzens of invisible barriers and some of the textures even at max settings are really blurry as well as some really amateurish animations. Has potential but Palworld just released in 1.0 and its amazing.
I've been enjoying Witchspire so far! It has a really cozy atmosphere, and I'm looking forward to seeing how the game develops. That said, I've encountered quite a few bugs. For example, I've randomly died while simply searching or interacting with things, and at one point I somehow ended up with infinite wood (not that I minded too much at the beginning of my adventure 😄). My biggest issue is the build mode. The camera stays fixed from the character's perspective, and since you can't freely rotate or reposition it, placing objects often feels like guesswork. I usually have to move things several times before they end up where I actually want them. The quests can also be a little confusing and hard to follow at times. Despite these issues, I'm still having fun. The game has a lot of charm and potential, and I'm excited to see what future updates will bring.
List of Encountered Problems: Crafting, Cooking, and Hearth were all glitching out, not allowing me to level up or craft anything at all. The balance of enemies during fighting is extremely unbalanced and needs readjusted. The world feels completely empty and there are no NPCs or anyone in the world, it feels very dead. The inventory menu is in a vertical position (up and down) and it is the most confusing layout for an inventory system I've ever use. The switch between the building is a terrible mechanic. There needs to be a different way to enter building mode then they have currently. These are just a few of the major points I have noticed with this game. I don't mean any hate towards the creators themselves, but this is an extremely underbaked game, that def needs many many more years in the oven in devlopment.
some bugs but fun. be wise in your luminaries when you play with 2 do 50/50 dont take sickle both and pickaxe that kind of stuf 1 potion making 1 cooking im 34 and i heve non of those so yea dont be me.
If you enjoy cozy adventure games akin to the world and structure building style of Enshrouded with the cute creature collection of games like Palworld (with a dash of Genshin Impact whimsy) then Witchspire is for you. Hosted multiplayer to zoom around with friends makes the game even more fun, but I also enjoy single player too! I'm a huge fan already and it's worth the price point even in beta.
So i started to play Witchspire. And i just couldn't stop for 12 hrs straight. This game just wouldn't let me go. And i was fine with it. I kinda wanna stop playing and wait for the 1.0 just so i can experience this game the way it is intended. But i'm sure i won't do that. And yeah there's some minor bugs here and there but nothing gamebreaking. I've been playing on the hardest difficulty and oh boy it was the right choice. ANYONE WANNA PLAY? ITS COOP MUHAHA! Great Game so far. 9/10.
toller Spielspaß für alle die entdecken, sammeln und bauen wollen. Gute Einführung in das Spiel, toll gestaltete
Отличная игрулина, спокойная, играть в кооперативе - весело. Ошибки есть, но ранний доступ - простительно.
It's an awesome game. But we're getting really tired of playing on multiple servers for different friends. A group of us got into this game, but we're not always on at the same times. So we end up making multiple characters on different servers and it's honestly annoying. The best game with the best way to play is No Rest for the Wicked. Man, they created a way to join a server you have with friends without needing to have a main person host and be on in order to access it. Its amazing. Games need to catch up to this, because THIS is what we look for now in games with servers and worlds. Until then, after making 4 characters, and dumping time and effort into building things in each one I'm burned out and turned off from playing anymore.
