We Happy Few - Soundtrack and Digital Goods Bundle

After Steam's recent change in how soundtrack albums are handled (previously listed as DLC), music albums are now separated from the games section to reduce confusion. However, this particular soundtrack album also includes digital goods (basically 1080p and 4K wallpapers), which has left the product in limbo, neither a game nor a proper soundtrack album. What you get is essentially a folder launcher, like a zip file containing the aforementioned wallpapers and FLAC/MP3 files. Normally, I’d appreciate the simplicity. However, this album does not show up in the Steam Music Player, unlike other soundtrack albums on Steam. So my question is: What is the purpose of publishing a soundtrack album on Steam without proper Steam Music Player support? Experience-wise this is bad, content-wise not so much. But I'm giving it a thumbs down till they fix this weird issue.

Wish it was easier to obtain this at launch but still a nice benefit to have rather than being locked to the game as a DLC.
