From strategy games and RPGs to action shooters like this one, there is something for almost every taste. The combat and controls feel a little clunky by today’s standards, but they are still a lot of fun. The combat system is brutal and offers a good selection of weapons. Alongside the legendary chainsword, you can also use additional melee weapons as well as various ranged weapons such as pistols, sniper rifles, grenade launchers, and more. The especially cool part are the brutal executions that can be performed with the weapons, which fit perfectly with the atmosphere of the game. In addition, the Space Marine has access to further equipment and abilities that add more variety to the combat. The story is epic, dark, and brutal, just as you would expect from Warhammer 40,000. The campaign is divided into individual chapters that can be replayed at any time after completion. The difficulty is well balanced on "Normal." On "Hard," the game becomes a little more demanding and offers a bit of a challenge in some sections, without becoming unfair or overly difficult. The game’s age is naturally noticeable in its visuals. The graphics are somewhat outdated by now, but overall the game has aged surprisingly well and still plays solidly today. I was particularly surprised by the online mode. There, you fight alongside other players against waves of enemies. Different classes, weapons, and customization options provide variety. Surprisingly, you can still occasionally find other players even today. In the few rounds I played, I had a lot of fun with the online mode overall. ⚜️[b]Conclusion:[/b] Despite its age, Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine is still an enjoyable, brutal action shooter with a strong atmosphere. Anyone who can look past the somewhat dated visuals and is looking for uncompromising combat in the 40k universe should definitely give this game a chance. Ну, это просто хороший шутер по Вахе. Не скажу, что сюжет тут цепляет, он довольно средний. Вместо этого всё вывозит окружение: взрывы, убийства, толпа орков, вокруг идет бойня и это прям захватывает. К плюсу добивание противников тоже скрашивают картину. Единственное, что раздражает, это противники, которые за секунду сносят броню и здоровье.

This game rocks! Many of the glory kills are badass. I would get Warhammer 40k Space Marine 2 if I could afford it. Reminds me a bit of the original God of War games where Kratos was an icon of pure rage and destruction. I think Kratos and Titus would work well together as a tag team.

Это моё третье прохождение. Первый и второй раз я проходил игру на пиратке, а сейчас купил и прошёл лицензионную версию. В целом игра хорошая, но почему-то было много проблем, которых не было на пиратке. Вот их перечень: -противники вместо того, чтобы бежать и убивать, стоят и чего-то ждут; -противники спавнятся на текстурах бочек, ящиков, сводов колонн и т. д. Из-за этого они не могут двигаться; -визуальный баг: когда ты спускаешься по лестнице, может забаговаться анимация, и персонаж будет постоянно дёргать плечом; -союзники застревают и не идут на точку сбора, особенно Мира; -баг со звуком: он постоянно отставал от видеоряда, а иногда персонажи говорят друг с другом по рации, хотя стоят вплотную друг к другу — так быть не должно. И ещё я не знаю почему, но есть чувство, что противников в некоторых местах стало меньше, а оружие стало наносить больше урона (играл на средней сложности). Но в целом игра мне до сих пор очень нравится, особенно её первая половина.
