Construction Simulator has returned – larger and more impressive than ever! Fulfil your ambition to become a successful construction entrepreneur by establishing your business from scratch, assisted by your mentor Hape. Along the way, diverse clients will test your abilities as you navigate challenges, making every task a test of your skill set. Get ready to showcase your process as you tackle a variety of construction challenges in this dynamic and engaging adventure!
Start your business on two individual maps inspired by landscapes in the USA and Germany. Each of them offers its own campaign that helps you climb the ladder of success. Friedenberg is based on picturesque cities of Southwest Germany, and features enchanting rolling hills and scenic riversides. Here, your objective is to contribute to the design of renewable energy solutions and enhance the local urban infrastructure throughout the campaign. Beyond these significant undertakings, you'll encounter diverse tasks that allow you to put every piece of equipment you earn to the test. Sunny Haven, on the other hand, is a truly American-style harbor city that you have to revitalize to put its tourism industry back on track. Altogether, more than 90 exciting contracts are waiting to be completed on both maps, so you can be sure you'll always come across something new to explore!
Dive back into the construction scene with a vehicle fleet that will leave you awestruck by its sheer size! Take your pick from a selection of over 80 machines from official licensing partners, all of which are faithful virtual recreations of their real-life counterparts. Look forward to a colorful mixture of vehicles from previous installments of the beloved franchise, as well as completely new additions to the game. The same goes for the manufacturers behind them: In addition to the well-known Construction Simulator partners Atlas, BELL, Bobcat, Bomag, CASE, Caterpillar©, Kenworth, Liebherr, MAN, Mack Trucks, Meiller-Kipper, Palfinger, Still, and the Wirtgen Group, you now have the opportunity to put machines by Benninghoven of the Wirtgen Group, CIFA, DAF, Doosan, Nooteboom, Scania, Schwing Stetter, and Wacker Neuson to use. Plus, while creating your character, you can choose an outfit featuring officially licensed personal protection equipment from our new partner Engelbert Strauss.
You think that's everything? Far from it: The updates Construction Simulator has been provided with since its release not only contain patches, but free extra content too. Several new machines have found their way into the game, including the innovative wheel excavator EW100 by Wacker Neuson and a practical service vehicle for refueling and repairing. In addition, the Wacker Neuson EW100 and Wacker Neuson ET145 allow you to choose from a selection of different buckets to quickly adapt to surprising challenges on the construction site. Thanks to crossplay among PC and consoles including voice chat capabilities you can play with your friends regardless of the chosen platform. New tools and features in the form of enhanced terrain reworks, increased vehicle hall capacity, and a handy flashlight are also part of the updates. And since we don't want you to get bored by taking on the same jobs over and over again, an entirely new tourist area as well as various seasonal contracts have been added on top.
All in all, with the initial base game and its updates, Construction Simulator now offers you more than 100 contracts, over 90 machines, and, consequently, almost endless construction fun, which you can experience together with up to three friends in the multiplayer mode. Sounds good, doesn't it? Then what are you waiting for? GET TO WORK!

I spent 30 minutes trying to slog through the tutorial but the controls are so genuinely awful it just doesn't feel like its worth my time to continue to play it.
terrible controls, junky physics that don't make sense, horrible camera movement that makes you feel like your in Roblox, to many cutscenes and a broken ass tutorial that brakes every time I get to the 3rd mission. Not even worth the discount or sale its on.
I have to admit, I really like this game! It's exactly what you would expect, and it can be a lot of fun. I've been playing this game since release, and while it definitely needed some polishing in the beginning, the developers have fixed a lot over the years and turned it into a really fun and stable experience. The game does have some funny bugs from time to time, but in most cases they're easy to fix because the developers included some great reset and teleport options if you ever get stuck or something glitches. Another huge plus is that the game supports crossplay! I absolutely love that because it allows me and my wife to play together, and I can honestly say it's so much fun. It's a cozy game in a way, but at the same time it still feels like a real job that you have to complete. The controls are well done, and I really like how the UI and shortcuts let you quickly move around and tackle jobs however you want. You can play fast and more arcade-like, or take your time and play it like a proper simulator. The game gives you plenty of freedom to choose your own playstyle, which makes it enjoyable both solo and with friends. I normally don't like games published by astragon. A lot of the time their games feel rushed, unoptimized, buggy, and lacking in gameplay. But this is the one exception for me. I genuinely think it's worth it, and I would recommend it to anyone who's even slightly interested in this type of game. I really can't wait for Construction Simulator Evolution!
Buggy and annoying. Had to restart in a second save while doing the tutorial, it kept getting more annoying from there. Controls are full of baffling choices and annoying, too. Waypoints / GPS markers break, In the tutorial the flatbed truck didn't even spawn. Cutting my losses.
Dont be scared away by all the negative comments, this game is very fun, detailed, and realistic. I expected something like Farming Sim. That is not the case at all, you can tell the devs tried their best to make this game realistic and in-depth. Is the camera system annoying at times? Yes, can things be improved? Well duh, its a game! I recommend this to anyone who likes realism and a realistic business challenge. Cant wait to play the new one!

I love this game and would recommend it to anybody and everybody. Graphics are wonderful, there are lots of challenges in learning how to run different types of equipment to get the job done right but it's a lot of fun. My only complaint is running and steering tracked vehicles with the numpad. They have Reverse as number two on a numpad and I think it should be number 5 which would give you the same type of steering as AWSD. I'm eighty seven and still gaming, come on guys climb aboard this game it's fun
this game is really bad . the version published should be the one which has never been tested by the producers . i like the idea of it but it has tonnes of bugs that disturb the gameplay . bad graphics , bad physics , bad driving . Sometimes things just dont spawn when u need them for a mission . problems with the controls as sometimes the controls on my ps4 controller dont function at all although i set them correctly in the settings . i remember restarting the game more than real gameplay . If there were too little bugs and no control problems it would be fun .
It's a fun game, it needs some polishing work as far as controls and the way the machines move and act. The graphics are nice and for the most part the game handles moving and spreading of material good. When I back drag with front end loader or backhoe, the bucket shouldn't fill up from the material I'm spreading. Wish there was a bit more variety of tier levels when it comes to shopping for equipment, like to see some smaller machines for smaller jobs. No sense in having a D8T on an acre of land. Some mini ex options would've been nice to see as well. Overall I think it's a good buy, get it on sale if you're unsure.
The controls are so god awful, very clunky game overall.
