I love ships

Overall the game is fun is it worth the $40 that’s up for debate. I love the ships the aircraft and the art. But there are major “issues” with the game not in terms of bugs or performance but with the ai ui and gameplay The ai is just straight brain dead. They will use the same route every single time even if they massive losses. As well as preforming land assault in the middle of engagements by promptly raking there ships and beaching them. The ui is hard to navigate and doesn’t make a lot of sense and overall does not do good job of explaining functions and uses well My main issue with the gameplay is that campaigns feel to short and at a certain point you really don’t have to worry about enemy tf and just build the base on gc. As well 99% of stacks will be with subs or aircraft and to make the issue worse once the ai so much as takes a spit of damage they usually just turn around you very rarely get the big fleet gun battles you want and when your bb takes damage it take forever in port and by the time it is repaired the games basically over and you feel as if you have to extend the game by not doing objectives to get these battles Overall I love the game you do get big battles you do feel good when you pull off a successful ambush and while not on the workshop mods are easy to install and fix a lot of the issues I just wish that they’d develop this further as I feel like this is the only game like this and they have a golden goose but aren’t using it right
