Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.43/day in the week to Aug 11 → 6.71/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Good game. It fits a niche for me where you build up your little team and base (ship) and also kill other people. It's perfect like that. Idk why it says I only played it for 57.8 hrs at the the time of this writing cuz I already played this game for 110 hours already. It's that good.
This is such a fun game and worth it. It's the fun parts of FTL with more events and far more modules and elements from a certain grimdark franchise. If you love those two then you will love this.

Fantastic spiritual successor to FTL with a 40k spin on the theme and gameplay that works really well. If you like FTL or 40k, there's no way you wont love this game.
Fun, Faster Than Light meets Warhammer 40k.
Too much grind, too much ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ to unlock.
Well made game. Worth your time.
sure its good - but would love to see more updates, expansion to growth, progress and choices in game and in lobby
FTL meets the Grimdark. If you're a fan of either of these you'll be pleased.

I really like it. Setting aside the obvious fact that this is heavily inspired by FTL (Good! FTL is amazing, people should take inspiration from great games.), what makes Void War so great is what distinguishes it from FTL. The crewmember portraits are very cool and well-drawn, the little sprites are cute and easy to identify, the new weapon types, crewmembers, and psyker abilities are a lot of fun and the game has way more win-conditions than FTL. Sure, beam weapons are still extremely powerful, but at least you actually have other options. If you liked FTL, you'll like Void War. So, buy it! Play it! Sacrifice blood and souls for lord Ariok! P.S. It would be cool if there were more cultist commanders you could play as. There's a Gorgoth-aligned one, but I'd like commanders for Krom and Ariok too.
