About
Lead your troops to victory in a huge open world set in the Vietnam War.
Play as U.S. or Vietcong / N.V.A. on an ever changing battlefield where other units move and fight independently of player.
Command your squad to follow, stay, attack and change formations etc.

Missions of various types are provided based on the situation in the area. However, there is no story or main mission progression.
Use radios to request airstrikes, artillery support, reinforcements and supplies.

Patrol the Mekong delta and lush river valleys. Search and destroy the enemies in dense jungles and defend the hilltop fire bases. Protect loyal villages from enemy infiltration or teach them the price of betrayal.
Build perimeter defenses. Eat, drink and smoke to calm the nerves, or pop pills to feel energized.
Keep an eye out for booby traps, tigers, snakes and critters as you root out tunnels and hidden fortifications in the jungles. Avoid capture or become a P.O.W.

Bomb the Ho Chi Minh Trail or lead special forces across the border into Laos and Cambodia to disrupt enemy supplies.
The game features one huge 1000+ km2 map that covers North and South Vietnam, and large parts of Laos and Cambodia with hundreds of manually built bases and villages.

Fly jets or gunships, or man the door guns. Pound the enemy using tanks and artillery and a vast arsenal of weapons.

I love the idea of this game, but it needs some SEVERE polishing on the movement system and the user interface. Stuff like flying elephants with VC shooting from them is funny, but there are a lot of problems with movement and as someone who likes janky games, I can't recommend it in it's current state. Still thumbs up for all the stuff that is great about this game. I really hope the dev stops adding stuff for a while and works on fixing stuff. There's a lot of basic stuff that needs fixing.
Running around high and comitting war crimes on anything yellow is fun
While i do recommended this game CRASHING and FREEZING are your average meals!
It's fun, but i fear there is a lot of scope creep coming. It could be just Vietnam, but the map is huge and even covers other countries. A massive map! The dev doesn't seem to focus on all the bugs and I think focussing on movement, gunplay and vehicles at this stage would be better for the game. Please fix the ai and this would be already a good game! 6/10 - It's alright. Needs polish and AI fixing
gr8 game
I really wanted to like this game. Its essentially vietnam war experience and you can even progress up the ranks of your preferred corps. However don't think about buying this game unless you want to support its development. Because every single feature that is described is completely and utterly broken. - Squads, go on walkies without you and quickly get stuck or lost. - The Command Map does not really make any sense and sometimes does not work at all. - Most soldiers just completely ignore your commands. - Movement is buggy at best. Its a nice concept, but all of its content does not work.
This developer is the type of person to go to the store on an empty stomach and spend their entire weeks budget on snacks and ♥♥♥♥ I can pretty much guarantee you will get your money's worth though. This game is endlessly entertaining
I love the concept of the game, its just everything is so broken it isn't worth playing in my opinion at the moment. Let the developer cook more
it needs a *lot* of work. it's unfortunately too messy and janky to enjoy playing for very long right now. I didn't run into any crashes during my short time so far but the movement is "floaty" and I had repeated issues with aiming down sights, as well as weapons showing in my hand even with another weapon equipped. I'm hanging onto the game for now since I got it on sale and I expect the developer to make some improvements to it in the future (since it's early access) but if I were you, I'd wait on this one for now.
evrytime u start it is so damm zoomed in and its impossible to change thta maybe make the defoult settings better and not make so zommed in and it woul;d be a better game
