Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 22 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Victory At Sea is a naval warfare strategy game developed and published by Evil Twin Artworks that places players in command of large military fleets during the chaos of World War II. Built around large-scale naval operations, tactical fleet deployment, and real-time military engagements, the game attempts to capture both the scale and complexity of maritime warfare during one of history’s most significant global conflicts. Rather than focusing on a single ship or limiting players to scripted encounters, Victory At Sea embraces broader command responsibilities, allowing players to oversee entire wartime operations across major naval theaters. The game immediately establishes its identity through scope. Players are given access to a wide collection of military vessels including destroyers, submarines, cruisers, battleships, aircraft carriers, and support ships, each serving different battlefield functions that influence larger military strategies. Aircraft operations further expand battlefield possibilities, introducing reconnaissance, bombing support, interception duties, and air superiority considerations that force commanders to think beyond naval artillery alone. One of Victory At Sea’s strongest qualities comes from its campaign design. Rather than existing as isolated missions with little long-term impact, operations contribute toward larger military progress. Fleet preservation matters. Territorial control matters. Strategic expansion requires careful planning because losses carry consequences beyond immediate engagements. The campaign structure creates stronger investment by making victories feel meaningful and mistakes feel costly. The game consistently emphasizes that naval warfare depends heavily on preparation rather than raw aggression. Positioning becomes critically important. Larger ships possess devastating offensive capabilities but often require protection from smaller vessels. Aircraft carriers project influence across enormous distances but become valuable targets requiring careful defense. Submarines introduce uncertainty beneath the surface while destroyers provide flexibility that larger vessels cannot easily replicate. The fleet management systems become increasingly rewarding as players develop stronger understanding of battlefield responsibilities. Building effective naval forces requires understanding how vessel types complement one another rather than relying on simple numerical superiority. Strong fleet composition often determines success before combat even begins. Real-time engagements create some of the game’s strongest moments. Watching large fleets maneuver across open waters while balancing offensive pressure and defensive priorities creates satisfying tension. Naval artillery exchanges feel appropriately powerful while aircraft operations add further complexity to larger battles. Combat rewards awareness and positioning more heavily than reckless confrontation. Aircraft management deserves particular recognition because naval aviation becomes increasingly important throughout progression. Air support extends battlefield influence dramatically while reconnaissance operations provide critical information capable of changing engagement outcomes entirely. Commanders who ignore aerial strategy quickly discover how vulnerable fleets become without proper support. Submarine warfare further strengthens tactical variety. Hidden threats beneath open water force players to think carefully about escort responsibilities and defensive coverage. Naval warfare becomes considerably more interesting because danger does not always appear directly on the horizon. The campaign structure reinforces long-term thinking effectively. Decisions made during earlier operations influence future possibilities while fleet losses create operational consequences that extend beyond immediate objectives. The larger military picture constantly shapes smaller engagements, giving progression stronger purpose than purely isolated battle scenarios. Visually, Victory At Sea prioritizes readability and battlefield clarity over cinematic presentation. Ship models remain recognizable and functional while larger combat scenarios communicate battlefield information effectively enough to support strategic decision-making. The presentation succeeds because it understands that military strategy depends heavily on awareness rather than visual spectacle. Audio design supports atmosphere well. Naval artillery delivers satisfying impact while ocean environments reinforce the scale of military operations. Larger engagements feel appropriately substantial because sound contributes toward battlefield tension effectively. One particularly enjoyable aspect involves gradually mastering battlefield responsibilities. Early operations teach fundamental fleet management concepts while later situations demand stronger understanding of positioning, combined fleet tactics, and operational planning. Improvement feels rewarding because stronger performance develops naturally through experience rather than shortcuts. The game’s depth naturally introduces a learning curve. Players unfamiliar with naval strategy titles may initially find operational responsibilities overwhelming. Fleet coordination, aircraft deployment, and battlefield awareness require patience before stronger command instincts develop. The pacing also favors military planning over constant action. Players expecting nonstop combat may occasionally find larger operational management slower than anticipated. However, strategy enthusiasts will likely appreciate the emphasis placed on preparation and long-term thinking. Victory At Sea succeeds because it understands naval warfare extends beyond direct combat. Intelligence gathering, positioning, fleet balance, logistics, and battlefield awareness contribute equally toward success. Evil Twin Artworks builds a strategy experience that rewards discipline and planning while capturing the enormous scale associated with World War II naval command. For players who enjoy military strategy games, fleet management systems, historical wartime settings, and experiences built around thoughtful decision-making rather than immediate action, Victory At Sea delivers a rewarding naval warfare experience with enough depth to remain engaging long after its opening battles. Fun & easy to play.
One of my childhood games. It is very enjoyable to play in shorter sessions, especially if you play something more historically inclined. The only issue I've had with the game is that saves sometimes get corrupted, deleting older saves seems to help, as the game seemingly has a limited amount of saves before they get corrupted. P.S. I suggest waiting for a sale. I bought this game for roughly 7 euros during summer sale.
Underrated ahh game lil bro. ;0
Small file size, Simplistic, Easy to get into. Great game play, Satisfactory campaigns
It's basically Mount and Blade with ships so it's pretty fun.
Its the oldest title and decent but not immersive. Its all about managing large fleet battles and reducing your losses to strategically capture a region.
This is a fun, cheerful naval shoot-em-up. I wouldn't recommend paying full price for it, but at a good discount, Victory at Sea offers surprisingly many hours of fun. I don't know why sinking enemy ships is so viscerally satisfying, but it just is.
