What could be better than smoking betwin two mass explosions ?
So this game is definitely showing its age in many ways. Firstly, the game is riddled with cutscenes. The cutscenes aren't terrible, but they're too frequent and often take me out of the game by making me sit and watch the 20th cutscene. Secondly, the game is nearly 10 years old and it's showing it. Graphically, the game is starting to look dull, the voice acting is often over the top/cheese, and level designs are narratively empty; simply go to this location and do this objective and kill everything on site. I can tell that the developers were hoping to do a sequel as the game ends on a cliffhanger. I hate this for movies, as well as games. Each game needs to be an episodic story that can survive on its own without the need of setting things up for something greater. That doesn't mean hints cannot be made suggesting a sequel is on its way, but the narrative can't be dependent on this set up or it just makes the ending feel incomplete and weak. If this game is less than $10, then it might be worth a try. Otherwise, I would move on to something else.

Bom gameplay, boas mecânicas, bons inimigos, história fraquinha, chefões interessantes. Com certeza deve ter causado um impacto enorme na época do lançamento, mas não me surpreendeu.
