You won't miss an attack due to chance to hit. Neither will the enemy. Valiant Tactics is about managing your abilities and their cooldown, choosing the right one at the right time. Maybe a basic attack will deal enough damage to kill an enemy. Maybe you should get a guaranteed kill with an ability - but perhaps it might be more useful in the next turn?
Every battle you fight will be different: Every enemy type has its own strengths, weaknesses, and tactics. Weather can change the battlefield dramatically and change your carefully laid plans for better or worse.
Adventurers will join your quest for a fee, defined by one of distinct classes, complete with stats and abilities. You define how your team grows with each victory, including distinct talents and masteries.
A hero is as good as their equipment, from rugged, commonplace gear to legendary artifacts. Loot new items from enemies defeated in battle - or save up and pay merchants to expand your armory for the coming battles.
There’s more than just battles. As you journey to confront the usurper, you'll run into unique encounters. Every decision you make in these random events matters and can potentially affect your party and its chances to prevail.

great game, you need to try, and if you try you will be addicted to this game. Good works guys, regards from 3pl dejan :-)
I would say that it is a great start, I really enjoyed my first play of this game, I like idea, I was really chilling out and I almost every time was interesting what will gonna happen in the next steps, For now I had a possibility to challenge only one Boss and I would say it was interesting and quite challenging. honestly I really enjoyed it.
It's nice and fast, and I really like the art of this game. I wish that I could access the recruits or shop on demand because then it would open up taking riskier options instead of always picking the path of least resistance (spiders). Overall though, I'm liking it so far!
Awesome! I like the game very much! Enjoyed playing it. Can't stop since i bought it, ive been playing for 4 hours straight. The variety of hero classes, their skills, abilities and unique items makes the game interesting and complex.
I'm still in the middle of the game. The first thing I want to say is that it's clear a lot of thought went into it, you can see the time and effort spent on all the little details. I also really liked the world, the fantasy setting, the sound and the design. It's great that it's not too overwhelming or tiring to learn how to play, which is a big plus. Let's see what else it has to offer and how it develops. I'd definitely recommend this game.
The art, the strategy, and variety that Valiant Tactics offer is compelling and captivating. If you like Turn-Based Tactical challenges, you will enjoy this game. The leaderboard is a fascinating addition for your competitive side. The developers are deeply involved with the community and appreciate your feed back to improve your gaming experience.
I enjoyed the game, until I got to the first boss. There is difficult and then there is absurd and not fun, which is this game. The first boss is a spider, with projectile attacks that you cannot get to, as there are 3 egg sacks spawning 2 spiders each round. In order to stop this you have to kill the sacks. All attacks (regardless of armor) do 1 point of damage to the characters. Therefore, by the end of the first round, 1/2 the party is dead and by round 3 one sack was taken out and one character remained. Punishing and not in a good way. If the game nerfed the bosses a bit the game would be fun. At this time I cannot recommend it
Super fun while respecting its own ambitions. I have easily gotten my money's worth, but $10-$12 might be more the correct price for this one.
A good simple to play tactical RPG with some depth to character skills and equipment. Some of the text is a bit small and there is no option to resize it, also you cannot zoom in the battlefield which is standard on most games of this sort. But I have enjoyed the time I have spent with it so far and have beaten the spider boss not sure how many there are to complete a run
Horrible balance, the 2nd boss I encountered had an attack that can hit from anywhere and after one turn does 100% of my max hp so he just one shot everyone turn by turn, I have no idea what was I supossed to do there and overall you don't really get much stronger as time goes one while the enemies ramp up very quickly.
