Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 3 → 0.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

solid metal gear.
It's an interesting concept, but I think it's a bit too loyal to the idea of old-school top-down stealth games without seemingly being able to execute on the same level. I see what this game is trying to do, but I don't think it does it successfully. Maybe this is a game for another type of gamer but it isn't for me. I was hoping the developer revisits this game world, I'd love to see a more polished rendition of this game. I'll give it a thumbs up to support indie development. I still think a modern take on PSX style stealth games is worth doing. To the developers, I'd recommend you in the future you really make sure you nail the camera. It's the my biggest issue in this game, it's it's the primary reason I put it down. I don't think it's a "good" game exactly, but I do think it's worth checking out at the very least. I wish there was a "light" thumbs up option.

Matched by title — a reused name can pair the wrong games. * is a critic aggregate. Prices and positions are each store's United States storefront; Epic charts worldwide. Audience and Score too, except Steam's, which is worldwide.

Too poor control scheme and camera.

This type of game design feels incredibly antiquated. Awkward controls, worse camera angles and simplistic gameplay. It makes zero sense that enemies don't see me just a meter away, just because I am in the shade. Shooting feels bad, when the camera is too close to player and enemies can see your from outside the frame. Stealth games evolved so much over the last 25 years. This feels just too janky and old. The old design aspects were not updated or modified for a modern audience in any way.
So yeah, I realise I've not even put a full hour into this game, so it's a bit of a cardinal sin for me to leave a negative review, but I'll get to that later. I've been playing a lot of metal gear on the steam deck lately, and although I had to skip MGS4, I've been having a good time. MGS5 was'nt like the previous entries like I hoped it would be, so I've been looking for games made to be like those games. After playing UnMetal (which was fantastic) I had high hopes for Undetected. Unfortunately, this game is not what I would describe as well made. I can tell the devs put a lot of effort into this, and I know first hand how hard game development is, but I think this game needs some more time in the oven. First off, I don't know how this game got verified for steam deck, the fans would not stop blaring the entire time. Secondly, the controls are awful. I don't see why you could'nt have copied the controls from metal gear solid, I'm sure there would'nt be a legal issue with that. I don't feel the player moves very well either. I've also been spotted by a guard through a wall twice, but I don't know if that's a glitch or not because I was stood under a light both times. I hope none of this came off as too negative, I hope to eventually come back to this game if these things get fixed in the future. I know that's a lot to ask, but I'll change my review to a positive one if that happens.
I would be irate if I had spent $14 on this game. Thank God I got it in a mystery bundle. Runs like a washing machine filled with rocks. I'll stick to MGSV: TTP (on high settings).
Developed by Antonio Freyre and published by Digerati, UNDETECTED is a stealth-action adventure that proudly embraces the design philosophy of classic infiltration games while presenting its own futuristic setting. Taking place in the year 2063, the story follows former covert operative Tenoch Kaan as he infiltrates the heavily fortified Chicxulub Perpetual Energy Station to investigate the disappearance of fellow resistance fighters and expose the truth behind a powerful corporation's operations. The narrative provides enough motivation to keep the missions engaging, but the real highlight is how naturally it supports the game's emphasis on patience, tactical thinking, and methodical exploration rather than fast-paced combat. Stealth is the foundation of every encounter, and the game consistently rewards players who carefully study their surroundings before making a move. Enemy patrols, surveillance systems, and environmental hazards encourage thoughtful planning instead of reckless action. Visibility plays a crucial role, allowing players to extinguish lights and use darkness as cover while remaining aware that every movement leaves traces behind. Sound is equally important, as careless footsteps or noisy equipment can immediately alert nearby guards. These mechanics create a satisfying balance where success feels earned through observation and smart decision-making instead of raw firepower. The available gadgets further strengthen the tactical gameplay by giving players creative ways to overcome obstacles without abandoning the stealth-focused design. Rather than encouraging lethal solutions, UNDETECTED equips players with specialized non-lethal tools that support distraction, infiltration, and silent takedowns. Scout Mode is another standout feature, offering a tactical overview that reveals enemy positions and helps players plan efficient routes before entering dangerous areas. Combined with environmental interaction and carefully designed level layouts, every mission becomes an engaging puzzle where experimentation is often rewarded. Exploration is also an important part of the experience. Hidden throughout the facility are imprisoned members of the resistance who can be rescued to unlock valuable upgrades such as increased health, expanded battery reserves, and access to restricted sections through additional keycards. This progression system gives players meaningful incentives to investigate every corner instead of simply reaching the next objective. It also creates a satisfying sense of advancement that complements the game's slower, more deliberate pacing while encouraging multiple approaches to each mission. Difficulty options provide flexibility for different audiences. Players who simply want to enjoy the campaign can choose more forgiving settings, while stealth veterans seeking maximum tension can challenge themselves with the unforgiving Mexican Extreme mode, where triggering an alert permanently deletes the current save file. This feature dramatically raises the stakes and transforms every successful infiltration into a genuine accomplishment. Although the story itself is functional rather than deeply emotional, and some players may find the careful pace repetitive over extended sessions, these aspects are largely outweighed by the rewarding gameplay systems that remain consistently engaging for fans of the genre. UNDETECTED succeeds because it understands what makes stealth games enjoyable. Instead of relying on spectacle or constant action, it builds excitement through careful planning, environmental awareness, and intelligent use of its mechanics. The cyberpunk setting provides an interesting backdrop without overshadowing the gameplay, while the combination of tactical gadgets, rewarding exploration, and multiple difficulty levels ensures lasting appeal for stealth enthusiasts. Players looking for a modern experience inspired by the classics will find a polished and thoughtfully designed adventure that values skill and patience above all else. Rating: 7/10
