UFO 50 is a collection of 50 single and multiplayer games that span a variety of genres, from platformers and shoot 'em ups to puzzle games, roguelites, and RPGs. Our goal is to combine a familiar 8-bit aesthetic with new ideas and modern game design.
Modeled estimate, not a reported figure. How we estimate →
Prices
The United States storefront in every case, so this compares stores and not countries.
Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.57/day in the week to Aug 28 → 2/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Poland over the last 30 days: the 21 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 12 places towards #1, and the 2,501 moves with no price cut behind them went 1 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About

Add-ons
Each DLC is estimated with the same model as a game, then summed — a modeled figure, not reported DLC sales.
Sums Steam only; Nintendo publishes no volume signal, so the true total is higher by an unknown amount.

Matched by title — a reused name can pair the wrong games. * is a critic aggregate. Prices and positions are each store's United States storefront; Epic charts worldwide. Audience and Score too, except Steam's, which is worldwide.
Updates
Build ids and update times come straight from Steam's PICS — the same source SteamDB reads. Patch history grows as we record new builds.

I can’t even say it’s an amazing game. It’s an amazing series of dozens of games (50 specifically, tho you could even say over 100 depending on how you look at it). Every game, even if it’s not your cup of tea, is a love letter to gaming. I have over 40 hours and have only completed 8 and cherried 3 games. They feel so intentional and alive. Definitely a game I’ll be going back to for a while
Genuinely one of the most ingenious games ever made , I have only completed 2 games but will defintely be coming back to it . FInancially probably a bad decision from Mossmouth and friends to make this game but this is a masterpiece in game design . Ignore combatants that game doesnt exist.....

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 22: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Moon cat.
O que me mata é a dificuldade. Não consegui terminar nenhum deles ainda. Nesse ponto, eles são realmente fiéis aos jogos de computador do período. E a experiência é raiz: nada de save-states ou rewinds. É tudo ou nada.
50 full games, can't ask for a better price!
Amazing. They managed to make 50 games that I am ♥♥♥♥ at.
Played every game for a series I did and this was an incredible experience. You are very likely to find at least 5 favorite games. An incredible value for those who want to scratch that retro itch.
50 juegos al precio de uno. No tienen por qué gustarte todos, pero seguro que encuentras alguno que te enganche. Funciona a la perfección en Steam Deck.
One of my favorite Steam purchases. Great collection covering most genres. Shmup, beat-em-up, metroidvania, tower defense, arcade, strategy, platformer, dungeon crawler, even a jrpg, it's all here. Of course, not every game will please everybody, but plenty of content here that will keep you busy for a long time.
