amazing
the words thing is a very cool gameplay mechanic, now if only the platforming felt better, this would be great. At least it's very forgiving when you inevitably die to a failed jump. Oh, also I encountered a few bugs, like the known one, where you can't make the TRAP into a STRAP if it kills you, before it loosened the S of the USE sign. Had to exit out and restart that section. Before that the Wordscrambler had broken at one point, and doubled my letters but also taken away any control, which I could also only fix by restarting the section.
Let me start off by saying this is a very clever game. It’s a very simple concept, a land where letters describe the world, but it works to great affect, especially having all the living creatures made of words. The main character himself is made of the letters H E R O. For a negative, a lot of the cutscenes are very long and unskippable, at least on the first playthrough. And after you die, it takes a little unskippable while to respawn. But honestly, those are about the only major negatives I can think of with the game as a whole. Very good and creative game, a decent challenge, and awesome world building. Be sure to pick it up next sale.

This is just a good puzzle platformer. It's one downside is that it's pretty short.
