Very good game honestly deserves more attraction
Two Falls- I Came For The History and Left Emotionally Compromised
TL;DR: A beautiful, emotional walking sim that hits you right in the heart. Linear and slow-paced, but the story shines. Still not okay, for reasons you'll understand. This game is not for everyone. It's very much a walking sim, and a very linear one at that. You don't get much freedom to explore or stray off the set path. But I love story-driven and interactive fiction games, as as long as the narrative is strong, I'm in. And here, it absolutely was. You follow the intertwined stories of Jeanne, a French settler and Maikan, a young Innu man. Their perspectives are handled with care, and I was completely immersed from beginning to end. The world feels thoughtful and alive, steeped in history, culture and emotion. There were moments that genuinely hit me hard. Like, silent, stare into space, no words hard. The art is stunning, the music is beautifully atmospheric, and the full voice acting really brings each character to life. I wasn’t just watching the story unfold, I felt like I was part of it. There are choices to make throughout the game, and they absolutely do affect the story in meaningful ways. The game might be linear in structure, but your decisions shape character relationships and key moments in the narrative.
I'm still not over what happens to the dog. It was brutal, unexpected, and I will be emotionally holding that grudge for a very long time.
If you’re looking for something fast-paced or packed with gameplay mechanics, this probably isn’t for you. But if you want a heartfelt, powerful narrative experience wrapped in stunning visuals and meaningful choices, Two Falls is absolutely worth your time. And if you're curious how my journey played out, you can watch my playthrough here . Just... prepare yourself.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I finished the first episode and found it extremely linear and controlled. The only agency you have is to make some choices. No story in the world can make up for such gameplay.
A BEAUTIFUL and amazing game that accomplishes the message it wishes to share. Approach it with an open mind and heart and you will learn a lot.
