About
A dark forest is ahead of you.
It feels familiar, but you hesitate.
Only scraps and glimpses remain.
Step inside. Make a choice.
Remember your purpose... or remember what you were trying to forget.
Were you searching for something, or running from it?
Twiwood Tales is a rogue-like RPG with seductive tension, branching paths, and combat system that rewards planning, awareness, timing, and creativity. Whether you're here for the fight, the story, or something more intimate, the forest welcomes you.
Each run offers new routes, risks, and rewards. Some will test your focus. Others, your patience. Every step takes you closer to your goal, but danger awaits at every fork. Build yourself for the journey, and make use of your defenses if you want to come out on top.
Twiwood Tales builds on classic turn-based JRPG combat, but with a twist: you can actively defend yourself... or choose not to. For some - timing is everything. For others, a strong body and a sturdy shield are more than enough.
Spells and steel will keep you alive, but seductive Techniques offer their own kind of power and their own way of dealing with enemies. What you choose to do with your foes is entirely up to you.
Many enemies rely on seductive Techniques, bending the flow of battle in ways you won’t always see coming.
Some encounters leave more than scars. Lingering flashes of animated memories, once lost, may find their way into your hands. Perhaps they'll help you remember. Or offer a bright moment on a long, dark path.

Definitely a very interesting game
Love the game! Please add more new female enemy NPCs. Animation are optional, but we definitely need more new female enemy NPCs in the world!
Played the demo and then got the game because I liked it. This game has some good bones and you can tell the dev is putting in the effort. BUT this game still needs more work to be something I could really sink some hours into. First it would be nice to have customization of the main character, not a big deal, it would just be nice. Especially if an armor and outfit system was introduced. The more I can collect, the more I want to play. Also for common mobs, it would be nice to see a few variations. The foxy wheel, it needs to be worked on. The first 2 two 4 spins are always on the skull. I don't mind having a chance at a punishment, but that fight is so boring and takes time away from me spinning. I just makes me not want to spin the wheel because rarely is it worth it. I would like to see a better defense system. Dodge, parry or shield i do like, but there needs to be more. Dodge is fine. The safest option but takes more stamina, that's great. A shield is better than taking the full damage, but could we have some shield skills to go with it. Parry, hard to do but lowest cost and stops the attacks. But no counter attack, can't cause stun, doesn't really have negative effect on mobs. It would be nice if those defense skills has a skill tree that I could put points into to have a defense build at the cost of a lower offense. Magic spells have some power, but are useless over all. Use a spell, then have to spend your nice turn to drink a potion so you could case it again. Mana doesn't regenerate between fights. So a magic build isn't really a thing, a defense build isn't really a thing, you are just melee all the time. Would like to see more build options. It would be a quality of life improvement if I could craft an expensive saving stone. Been dying at the Rogue battle and then have to start all over again from the beginning. That's okay, but by the time I get back, I'm getting bored. Be nice to craft a stone, put it down at the camp as a one time use respawn point, so I could at least get a second go right away. All that being said, I like the direction this game is going. It has a few creative features and have a lot of room for growth. I am excited to see what future updates bring.
El mejor juego que jugue en mi vida como jugador de videojuegos de formato pajible
the game play is rediculously fun. i dont even usually like turn based games.
I rarely write reviews, but this game has really captivated me. It has great potential if they don't abandon it. More character customization and more character options would be great. Otherwise, the Dark Souls mechanics are a hit.
Great game. This game brings unique gameplay to an otherwise dull genre, full of "unreal engine" copy pastas. Animations are top tier and the gameplay is engaging.
If you where bad at the combat in Claire Obscure, you won't like the combat in this. Not that should be seen as negative thing since the combat in Claire Obscure was one of it's most interesting features, I just never got the hang of it. It works if you can read tells like this. Other than that, the graphics are at least above average, but the H-scenes are kind of a let down. Not much in the way of story either. Honestly, what's going to sell you on this game is if you like rogue-likes with tits in them. In which case, you should go play Last Evil instead. But for a new developer making their idea take form, I appealed them for that. More than I've ever done with my life other than play a ♥♥♥♥ ton of porn games. On a side note, naming the player character Ron is like naming your ♥♥♥♥ Richard. A little more creativity, please.
After a few hours, I find it super. It’s relaxing, though the timing on dodges adds a nice touch of difficulty. While it feels a bit repetitive, the loop is very pleasing. I’d love to see more varied animations to break the repetition, though I understand that creating them is time-consuming. It's definitely my new favorite quick game.
A very creative game, that blends interesting aspects from different genres, while also bringing spicy content along the way (and building it around context and interaction, rather than visual appeal alone). The roguelite mechanics with turn based combat, real time actions ( like parry and dodge), and sexy minigames mix up in a funny, reasonably challenging and pleasurable game experience On its current early access stage, the game already offers what I understand to be its core structure, allowing for a good amount o playtime, while more content (maps, enemies and scenes) keeps being added along the way. To sum it up, Twiwood Tales is a very peculiar and original adult game that surely has some interesting ideas, being a welcome refreshment on a games market niche that is mostly flooded with the visual novel formula.
