Twisted Tower

Absolute gold!

This game manages what a lot of modern AAA titles can't: it's simple, no nonsense, FUN. Narrative is good, easy to follow and unfolds at a good pace. The combat feels good and the enemy designs are great. The price is more than fair and the option for alternate paths encourages replayability. For a smaller indie game, this punches well above its weight and is worth every penny.

Twisted Tower is a stylized, single-player FPS that blends Bioshock-inspired aesthetics with a climb up a bizarre, ever-changing skyscraper. While its retro theme and unique premise shine, repetitive level design and clunky combat hold it back from reaching its full potential. Rating: 3 / 5

At first I was hesitant to buy this because of the low price. But you know what? This game is priced perfectly! it's definitely worth it - even at only 15.5 hours for my play through. A ton of fun - and I had no glitches or crashes (excellent job devs!) to speak of. The story is interesting and the gameplay is a lot of fun and very reminiscent of Bioshock. I loved the crazy weapons and (unlike Bears in Space) I felt they were all useful and had their own niche situations where they excelled. I guess I'm saying that I'm hoping for a DLC or part 2 - either one will get my hard earned cash. 10/10

had TT wishlisted since it was announced and I was not disappointed! For the price its an absolute steal from 2026! Highly recommend!

Twisted Tower isn't an exceptionally amazing game but it is a fun game. I saw another review compare Twisted Tower to a random game you had played once on an xbox 360 that you still think fondly of randomly and I'd say this game does fit that bill. I did find myself determined to complete this game, which is more than I can say about some other games I play. It took me 8 hours to roll credits, you could probably do that in less time if you were rushing.

I had a lot of fun playing this

Very fun little shooter with some very smooth gunplay and movement, an incredible atmosphere, great voice acting, and surprisingly really good music. While I would love to give this game a 10/10, the story is mostly just meh, and the final ending cutscene is so bafflingly stupid that I had to take a point off. Definitely worth playing for shooter fans 9/10
