Oyunun mantığı güzel: Bulunduğunuz kasabadan açık artırma ile araziler alıp her tur aldığınız arazide petrol arıyorsunuz. Bunları yaparken de yeni yetenekler alabiliyor ve mevcut yeteneklerinizi geliştirebiliyorsunuz. Sürekli böyle devam ettiği için bazı kişileri sıkabilir. Bu arada kazandığınız parayla da yine açık artırma şeklinde pay alıp yeni başkan olabiliyorsunuz. Çok oyunculu olarak oynadığınız zaman sürekli olarak yeni arazi geliyor, hikaye modundaysa daha ağır ilerliyor. Ben hikaye modunu daha çok sevdim bu sebepten.
