I've become fairly desensitised to horror games and such, this one manged to get me good a few times... I do reccomand!
Schrott! Bei den Sicherungen war ich schon raus, der typische Rotz wie in jedem Horrorspiel!
Sleep pyralasis go burrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
From the pacing to the unique scares to the sleeping and waking segments, Try to Fall Asleep stands out among other indie horror games. AmberDrop does an amazing job at crafting a compelling story with a variety of game play mechanics and scares. I enjoy that each sleeping section of the game provides new challenges in a familiar formula that allows players to get accustomed to the game design, the lore, and the mechanics while not becoming stale each subsequent night. Each dreaming section explores different methods of conveying the story, tries out new mechanics and game play styles for players to walk through, and features some solid voice acting for a independently developed title. Additionally, if you haven't, I would recommend watching the companion ARG on the YouTube channel LUC1D. The series of three videos adds another layer of lore and casts doubts the protagonist's role as our unreliable narrator. I have personally not noticed any major bugs beside some inconsistency when attempting to hide under the covers from hallucinations and the hallucinations attacking you. Other than that, a fairly stable game!
Great game love the story. The Gameplay was somethimes frustrating but I guess im just ♥♥♥♥ at the game.
Theres a huge muscular man in my bedroom staring at me like hes about to ♥♥♥♥ me
7 years and its not finished, 7 years to develop 5 nights, and its still not done. In that time, FNaF had released Help Wanted 1, FnaF AR, FNaF:SB, FNaF:SB RUIN, FNaF Help Wanted 2, Five Laps at Freddy's, FNaF Into The Pit adaptation, FNaF: SOTM, The Joy Of Creation 2025 Remake, and The FNaF Movie. 7 years and night 5 isnt even finished. They stated that they wanted to be done by Q4 2025, it is now the start of Q2 2026 and night 5 still isn't out
this game does not get enough credit
Very Spoopy
Great night sequences and story but the getting to sleep part really sucks and is a real let down!.
