叛军毫无规律可言，宪法全民普选80民意，总体生活满意度60以上，开了社保补贴法令，无失业无流落街头无破产身份，总能一个劲刷七八队叛军 军队被打完了就没法补充了，必须等叛军攻击行为过了才能再招人，一个军营9k的费用被叛军轻而易举拆掉，六七个军营+警卫塔+碉堡均满预算依旧打不过从虚空里刷出来的叛军，海岛大亨6的叛军还合情合理 无非就是走投无路的流民，海岛5简直逆天 不知道从哪里超时空传送来的…… 虽然5代很多东西感觉比6代好玩 但这个叛军颠覆国家比吃饭还容易
