액션게임으로서는 그렇게 특이하거나 재미있다고 할만한 부분은 없음. 시간이 지나면서 스킬을 얻고 조합을 해서 다양한 방식을 만들 수 있는 부분과 시간을 멈추고 순간적으로 할일을 지정하는 기능은 참신하긴 하지만 최고의 조합을 찾아내면 그거만 쓰게 되기 때문에 크게 의미가 있어 보이진 않음. 리미터라는게 있어서 좀 어렵게 할 수 있는데 경험치 조금 올려주는 보상에 비해서는 잃는게 많아서 너무 쉬워서 어렵게 진행해야겠다라는게 아니면 굳이 안써도 되는 기능임. 게임 진행 방식 자체는 특별한게 없긴 하지만 그림과 배경이 매우 훌륭하고 배경음악과 나레이션이 어색하지 않고 게임 진행에 몰입감을 더해줘서 좋았음. 스토리도 5~6시간이면 완료할 수 있어 짧다고 볼 수도 있지만 반복되는 부분이 많아서 더 길었으면 지겨워졌을 수 있을 것 같아 딱 적당한 정도라고 보여짐. 그래픽과 음악이 잘 어우려지고 게임 플레이 자체가 크게 막히는 부분이 없어 게임을 킬 때마다 기분이 좋아지는 게임.

Such a sad love story... With mechanics that are both tactical and agility-based. The game is quite shot, be mindful of that but "doesn't overstay it's welcome" is a phrase that keeps echoing in my latest game reviews as I tend to play titles I'll manage to finish before forgetting what they are about - and I mean it as a phrase. Runs perfectly on Steam Deck. Makes you feel something before ending. Keeps being engaging from start to finish, introducing some novelties in each "chapter".

Loved the vibes and soundtrack!

Important experiment for Supergiant over a decade(!) ago. Worth buying when on sale if you're curious to see where Hades came from.
