TRANSFORMERS: Galactic Trials

So like, honestly, Transformers Galactic Trials is a super fun game. I say this coming from somebody who's really enjoyed playing Mario Kart and Sonic Racing Crossworlds. I feel like this is a really good Kart racer and then like the part where you transform and shoot everyone is super fun. Also, the roster is really good. The playable Autobots are Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, Wheeljack, Elita 1 and Arcee. The playable Decepticons are Megatron, Soundwave, Shockwave, Flamewar, Nightbird and Nemesis Prime. If you're asking me would I recommend this game, I absolutely would recommend this game to anybody who loves Transformers and loves like arena fighters and Kart racing games. This is a 10 out of 10 game for me. And I only just bought this game yesterday and I am ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ loving every moment of this game. I would absolutely recommend this game, especially if you're a fan of Transformers.

Outrageous to expect $39.99 for what is essentially maybe 10 hours of content. This is yet another example of generic shovel-ware to get a quick buck.

It's an okay game for what it is: An arcade racing game with some gimmicky mini-combat sections. The driving is average but the courses are cool. The reason I am not recommending this is due to the price. They are asking $40 USD for what feels like a free-to-play mobile game. I feel like I paid too much even with the massive discount I got on it. What disappoints me more than the price is the fact that, as of 2026, this is 1 of the only 2 Transformers games on Steam. I don't think we will ever get anything to match War/Fall of Cybertron, but I hope we get something better than this...

Like most people I don't recommend for full price, just wait until it's on sale. Otherwise I personally love it! I enjoy silly racing games like Mario Kart and Cars 2 and this is very similar. It's also just fun as a fan being able to play as the characters. I enjoy having something quick to play when I don't have a ton of time and that I don't get as distracted with (like an open world game). TLDR, I am a simple person and I love this game.
