Really fun and challenging physics based racer that reminds me a lot of Lonely Mountains: Downhill, and a bit of Trackmania. Its early access right now, but with the content it has could have been considered a full release i think. There is 5 vehicles which all handle differently, iv'e still not made up my mind which is my favourite yet. I think the azimuth possibly is the best all rounder, but i always end up using the whirli a lot, as its awesome for jumps. There's 7 tracks i think, but two of those are restricted to the explorer mode for now, the others you can play in all modes. currently there is Trailblazer, freestyle and challenge mode. I had tons of fun with the challenge mode, where you have to drive through the middle of huge rings that have been set up. This starts of fairly easy and then ramp up considerably with the harder difficulties. The challenges were all very well considered and unique that i always felt i was having to improve and learn new skills and techniques along the way while trying to progress through them. I really felt a sense of achievement beating the harder tracks, even tho my patience was tested on occasion, ha. I have not beaten them all yet, but there are well over a hundred of them. I also really enjoyed the Trailblazer mode. You can race your friends here or you can race against the clock and other players on the leaderboard (you can download player ghosts). Its a checkpoint style race across the map. The levels are really very big and have multiple routes to learn and sneaky track skips you can search out. like lonely mountains its physics based and you can find yourself crashing a lot on your way through the levels, having to restart at checkpoints often, especially if you take more daring lines like grinding a log surrounded by water. With each crash you restart the checkpoint with the time you had when you passed through it, which lets you experiment a lot with which lines might be quicker. The last mode is Freestyle and its all about planning routes to fit in lots of tricks on boards, ramps, rails, and drops on the way to the checkpoints. I have not spent as much time on this mode as yet, was distracted enough with the other ones. The trick/stunt system is fairly decent, you get slides, spins, grinds and darkslides, pulling off tricks fills up your points meter, which is also your boost meter, so you have to manage that as while you are boosting you are also biting into your score you have been racking up at the same time. Its early access tho so i guess that means more content is planned, I'm not at the point i need new content but i wouldn't say no to new vehicles, modes or maps. Easy to recommend if you like games like Trials, Trackmania, Lonely Mountains and those types.
Saw this on reddit and it looked so fun. And i'm really happy that it IS fun! It reminds me so much of those ssx games I loved to play.
This game is loads of fun! Rocket League players will feel right at home. Awesome Comic Art Style. The added Grinding mechanic is a unique touch to this game and is really fun to pull off when you get the hang of it.
Tony Hawketleague's trackmania
Fun game, love the graphics and music but still needs ton of polishing, i cant wait to see how this game evolves and want to see how the devs make it better in time, hence why i wont be refunding the game. But the mechanics and handling of the car need polishing, as someone who plays a lot of racing games, the handling feels specially off, drifting really doesnt work like that. Anyways, i cant recommend this game in this state, but i hope they figure it out and make it better, will be keeping an eye on this one
veri cul game car go wush and crrsh
Rocket League meets Skate 3 meets Trackmania Incredibly fun game! If you're used to Rocket League aerobatics you'll find the control scheme to be very natural. Definitely one of those "Easy to pick up, hard to master" titles but such a great game to get lost in for a few hours at a time. Really looking forward to continued updates and development.
Great little stunt racer
Fun little game. Very open-ended tracks, and combines Trackmania's "one more try" feel and leaderboard fights with a handling model somewhat reminiscent of Rocket League (cars feel more weighty tho). As usual with this type of game, the top of the leaderboards are full of very disturbed individuals, but luckily you can watch their replays and race against their ghosts.
merci pour le special a 2$ !! jattendai un rabais pour acheter et j'en ai profiter pour prendre une copie a mon frero ;) jespere que plus de gens vont acheter le jeux et que les maj vont continuer!!
