About
One sunny morning in Gensokyo, Cirno awakens to find a notice posted outside her house...
Follow the adventure of Cirno and her friend Daiyousei in this turn-based battle RPG, as she ventures far and wide across the Misty Lake, spurred on by her goal: to discover the secrets of a new form of "Ice", entirely unknown to her. Could it be even better than the ice she can conjure...?!
In this journey, you will meet many familiar faces of the local populace. The game contains a great amount of interactions and cutscenes with in-engine usage of animations, emotes, movements, and other effects to set it apart from the standard dialogue fare; involving the many inhabitants of Gensokyo that Cirno will meet on her quest!
Across the Misty Lake, many aquatic dangers lie hidden just beneath the water's surface. Cirno will need to face them to reach the end of her journey and emerge victorious!
Use a growing repertoire of up to 5 different spells to defeat enemies.
When it is charged, activate Ice Mode to supercharge any one of your powers, temporarily turning it into a different kind of attack!
Time yourself to the enemy's windups to be able to nimbly dodge almost any attack in the game. Every enemy has a set of unique attacks and animations to learn!
Record your findings with Cirno's journal, an ingame bestiary of every frog Cirno has vanquished.
Using the residual magic of her spells, Cirno can charge up to 6 icicles to fire alongside her physical attacks!
With all of these tools combined, you can emerge victorious, and defeat any amphibious foe that lies in your path!!

Короткая, но хорошая история о Сырно и ее друзьях. Получил искреннее удовольствие от игры, жаль что короткая. Игра стоит каждой копейки. Отдельно выделю OST - очень хороший, как и во многих других тохо играх. Cirno is the strongest!
Cirno and her girlfriend go on an extremely charming and cute adventure. Short and sweet, and an honestly really fun experience. The art and OST are fantastic, the combat fun while not being too easy or difficult (though the hitless achievement took me... a while), I sat down and played this to 100% without realising 3 hours had passed. 9/9 Cirno is indeed the strongest
Very short but cute Cirno game. perfect game if you're looking for an evening to burn
Very short and sweet, but enjoyable. Actually quite difficult. It's less of an RPG and more of a turn based boss rush with paper mario dodging. I actually really liked all the skills you unlocked and how they work against each boss, every boss has different enough mechanics that they all are best beat with different strategies. The progression of unlocking the skills also makes it very easy to understand and use each of them and what their best use cases are. Only complaints are that some of the attacks should be a bit more lenient and attacks can really lag when they're seen for the first time. EDIT: Developer has responded that lag issues in the game are fixed, so don't let that damper the possibility of you buying this game!
9/9, the strongest remains the strongest
Definitely a mixed review for me. Lacks a lot of QOL for an RPG game, as well as very lackluster explanations on abilities. Let's start with what's good: - Wonderful artwork and detailed environments that look pretty. Most of the battles are nice looking and the attacks are decent well done, with a few boring or basic ones. - Characterization is on point, and the characters don't feel like they're saying or doing things they normally wouldn't, although Cirno is a bit hyperbolic in her display of idiocy. - Probably an in depth battle system? I didn't play it for long enough to fully experience it, because of how slow things were but even by the half hour mark i felt pieces coming together in combat. Now for the cons: - Very slow walking speed without an ability to run, unsure if it's just poorly chosen to be unlocked later or you just actually move that slow for the entire game...speaking of slow... - Most of the game just feels slow because everything you do is like lugging around a boulder. Getting into a battle feels sluggish, Fishing Minigame, into the loading of the fight, and finishing a fight takes just as long with a death animation for the enemies, and a slow EXP screen. Even slower is the loss screen, taking ages to just let you retry a fight. - Dodging is inconsistent, a lot of attacks will have extremely similar patterns but weirdly require you to change dodge timings. Obvious example is the Fireball from the first red frog that wants you to dodge before you even see the Fireball come out, vs every attack up to then wanting to be visual. - Abilities are explained with very simple terms in combat and it feels like there should be a button inside of combat to see what everything does with numbers or details. Maybe there was a way outside of combat to view these abilities more in depth, but i don't believe i found it after looking. - Daiyousei's interaction in combat feel tacked on. It feels like a majority of her interactions were added after the story was finished via combat since she wasn't included in combat strangely. She randomly does things or comments on stuff, and while often comedic feels pointless or annoying (Red Frog Example) I might play some more down the line, but the sluggish feeling of the game, and the Dodging system especially feeling...bad puts me off from the game. It's only around 5 dollars so i suppose this is to be expected, but i'm a bit bummed at how bad it feels speed wise.
It's pretty cute, liked the art. Fun little bit of mild skill mixed with strategic play. It's just long enough to not get stale with what it offers, but that means it's not too long. The composer did well too btw. Nice vibes there. I could see this kinda method doing well going forward. More games with a similar feel, be that stylistically or mechanically.
